I really want a refund . The wings where so dry they jammed them all into one box different flavors. There is no way for me to order over the phone when I call they say I have to do it online very upset.

Completely gross wings were undercooked in raw. We wanted a small amount of wings to enjoy the Texans game and we had a terrible experience at the Southwest location so I think I will try this location and the wings aren't even cooked all the way through I'm so over this place don't waste your shut up shut up money

Came here because the app wasn’t working and crashed only to have to wait 15 mins in the lobby because they were waiting on another customer who was getting the money out of her car instead of just canceling her order and taking the 4 people including myself in the lobby , only to Cook my order wrong and then I had to turn around and wait longer !!!! I asked for buffalo well done and wet and got undercook DRY wings

I frequent this location quite a bit. The customer service is always top-notch, and the place is always clean. The only suggestion that I have is to replace the Coca-Cola soda machine with a new soda machine because of the lack of carbonation which causes the soda to be more sweet. Other than that I would recommend this place.

This WINGSTOP IS THE WORST. I visited this location today ONLY to be left disappointed. Against my better judgment I went to this horrific spot. I should have known it was a problem when I called in to make an order and they said they could not take it over the phone at the time. So, I went in anyway. Smdh. They didn’t have any ice so the drinks were hot , they could have taken the order because no one was in there and when I did order they were SLOW. I ordered all flats garlic Parmesan but instead I got all flats lemon pepper. The fries were fresh but hard and when I went back in to tell them about their mistake they tried to act like I was in the wrong. I know exactly what I ordered because I do not eat lemon freaking pepper. The older lady at the front name Donna made the mistake and put the order in wrong. So they took the lemon pepper back and just put the Parmesan seasoning over it but I could still taste the lemon pepper. If my husband didn’t have to go to work I would have went back in for a third time and asked for a refund . This location sucks and management is never there. Do not eat here.

I placed an online order and called the store to verify it, and Josias provided outstanding customer service from start to finish! He was extremely friendly and accommodating over the phone, and when I arrived for pickup, my order was fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly. Truly a 10/10 experience — thank you, Josias!

The fries tasted like they were still in the dirt i had a $30 order and they said they gave me a “large fry” that came in the same container as a regular fry. The employees were rude. They act as if you need them. Wingstop has gone down hill. Not sure after how many bad reviews and wrong orders will they get it together. If you are going to charge high prices make sure the customer service matches. Wingstop may not learn until they go bankrupt like these other places with low quality service.

I’ve ordered twice this week, and Josias has been so attentive with my questions and orders. I was amazed by the accuracy and freshness of my food! He provides excellent customer service and truly brightens the room.
I also appreciate how clean the restaurant is — the staff cleans frequently, and the storefront looks amazing.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Wingstop location (1960). I spent almost $100 on wings for my family through the Wingstop app, and when I received my order, ALL of the drinks were missing and nearly half the food was wrong. Garlic Parmesan tenders were labeled as mild wings, and both of the buffalo mild wings (boneless and traditional) were completely plain.

When I called the store, I spoke to VICTORIA who said no problem, she still had my drinks there and would remake the order. That was fine. I drove up to the store, showed her my order (still untouched in the boxes), and she agreed it looked wrong. She then went to the back and came out with the manager, DEVAY, who proceeded to tell me that my order was “not wrong” and that buffalo mild wings always look like that because the “butter absorbs into the paper.” That is absolutely false. I’ve ordered these wings many times and they’ve never looked like that.

Instead of simply fixing the mistake, Devay told me they would not remake the food because in her eyes the order was “correct.” I explained that my family’s food was wrong, showed her my actual order on the app, and told her I was not about to take cold food home to my kids. She then offered a refund but said it would take 3–5 business days because she had to go through DoorDash—even though I ordered directly from the Wingstop app. That is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I also called Wingstop customer service, and they admitted they couldn’t even call the store to resolve the issue. All they could do was “make a claim.” So after a 12-hour workday, I spent nearly $100, received the wrong order, drove to the store to fix it, was told it was “correct” when it wasn’t, and then left with no food AND no refund in hand. If I didn’t have money to buy something else for my kids, what then?

This location is consistently a problem, and I would advise anyone to avoid ordering from this Wingstop on 1960. Their process is broken, the service is poor, and the management does not stand behind their mistakes. It’s worth driving an extra 2–3 miles to another Wingstop where your order will actually be correct.
