I use to get delivery however the orders would be wrong most of the time so I would pick up , and the wait time long and sometimes the wings and fries still was not really that good

Bad customer service!! I advise you got to another location this is definitely not the one!! I did an online order, still waited an additional 45 mins because the front worker wonât give you the time of day!! I asked her numerous times to see if my order was ready, she was automatically tell me no without checking, luckily my husband checked for himself and my order had been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long!! Long wait just to eat cold food! Do better!! Will definitely not be returning

Horrible experience. Got off a 12 hr shift ordered food on my way home for the family. Me thinking wingstop was going to come through since it was Fridayand I'm super tired. I get my food almost an hour later. After it was sitting on the cart for a while. The lady kept saying it wasn't ready. But orders were sitting there for long intead of calling them out as ready. She finally looked to read and realized it was mine. Still me being understanding I never complained as I saw the restaurant was in fact a little busy. But that doesn't give an excuse to hand out cold and raw chicken. It was late at night almost 10 pm by the time I got home got home and all the chicken was raw... all 40 pieces!! I couldn't even pull the meat off!! I called the restaurant immediately but no one ever answers. I called again this morning and it is now 1pm the next day and they still don't answer the phones. I just want my refund. This will be the last time coming to this location. Food inspection should definitely come by and the employees need more training. They are very unprofessional.

This location is TRASH. The chubby girl with fried orange hair is so rude. She clearly hates her job and hates being around other people. The wait time⊠diabolical. I placed my order at 8:53 pm. Online it said it would be ready at 9:16 pm. I go in at 9:20 pm, and she says there are 3 massive orders that âjust came inâ and itâs going to be another 20 minutes. I said, âokay⊠but I placed my order 30 minutes ago, before the massive orderâ and she said âyou have to waitâ. Now I have no choice but to stay and wait because I already paid for the food.

Donât waste your time or money at this wing stop! Take the drive to a different location please do yourself the favor! Employees here are absolutely rude! Canât even swap out a ranch for a sauce without them trying to charge for everything!! Surprised they didnât charge me for a straw and napkins.
