My son who is in the hospital placed an order to go for me to pick up. It was ready a few minutes early which was great BUT when I delivered to my son we discovered that the sauce was missing from the wings, the wings were dry and tough, the ranch dressing was missing and the fries were limp and cold. He called and was told to return the food which I did. However, it took 20 minutes for them to figure out we needed to contact Door Dash since the order was placed through there for the refund. The counter person was courteous and just not well trained IMO. Didn't expect it to be great but this was so sub standard it was a disgrace.

Wingstop is good. The only thing that bothers me and pisses me off is when they leave you on hold for so long and forget about you. I called right now and this female put me on hold for almost 5 minutes. She picked off the phone and I thought she was ready to take my order, but instead she said “hold on I haven’t forgot about you give me a minute”. Like why the hell did you have me waiting for then? I don’t understand why they do that y’all need to keep y’all’s eyes on the phone cause ain’t no way someone should be on hold for almost 5 minutes or more.

This is the only decent Wingstop in this area, all the other ones are garbage. Order was ready when I arrived (ordered online). If you're buying wings, skip the fries and get the veggie sticks unless your plan is to have a heart attack from the sodium bomb.

Wings were picked up and found to be raw. Manager refused to refund unless I went back to the restaurant. When requested they deliver it since it was their fault they said no. When asked to refund he said they must see. When offered to send a picture was again denied. Disgusting food I understand you have guidelines to follow if I simply didn’t like the food would be different. Jus was undercooked! They should have fixed the situation so several people didn’t have to not eat lunch due to they mistake!

Pros: My online order was entirely right.It was affordable compare to pluckers. Service is quick. I came at 10pm.Cons: The restroom is locked. So you have to ask to use the restroom, for me, I just wanted to wash my hands and i need a refill on my drink. Yeah I didn't want to touch so many things with my barbeques sauce hands.Suggestions: offers ladies with long nails or anyone some gloves. Less mess.
