wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.

Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

I was charged twice on my debit card for two separate orders two separate stores! No one will call me back and no one will respond to the complaint I made at the corporate office. This has been going on since JUNE!!! Went in the store in the manager is no help will not give me district managers name just keeps brushing me off.

Never again will I go to this location. I went in today after trying to call them, but the girl who works in the front, she has braids in her hair, take the phone off of the hook so she won’t have to deal with it. When you go, she’s in the corner sitting down on her phone and mad that you are there to purchase food because she wants to be in her phone not bothered with customers. And it’s very clear she always have an attitude for no reason at all. Several people have complained against her. I asked her for all flats and extra seasoning. She looks at me and say nothing. I asked her very nicely. I get home. My order did not have nothing that I asked for. I’m not sure what’s her problem is, but you cannot go about life being rude to people at your job for no reason. If you don’t need the job simply quit, but she definitely should be fired I mean, she literally has an attitude every time what’s the point of being there? Customer shouldn’t have to go through that who are paying they hard earned money.

I went on the 26th and 28 of October 2023 and the slim, male African American at the register was excellent. I can't remember his name he deserves a raise. Went back again and found out his name is Michael.
