First time ordering them. Never again got half our order and called to see what happen they wouldn’t do anything for us. Delivery driver only brought one of two bags is what I was told. Wouldn’t give us a refund because they use DoorDash for delivery even though we went through the wing stop app. Wingstop told us to go through DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash said Wingstop had to give us one. Only had a receipt from Wingstop. So I guess I’m out the money and 20% tip I gave.
I ordered here for the very first time and I thought I was gonna be excited cause I heard some good reviews and when I got the food the street corn they were small same portions like it’s just like a teaser and then the wings really had no grape flavor. It was just like a hint of flavor and it was just very disappointing. I was hoping to have like a good hint of flavor not just a tiny bit so it was very disappointing but just that one experience I probably wouldn’t go back cause you know I like my wings and I want a place where I can go and have good wings so unfortunately I don’t recommend them other people still do but that’s just my opinion. I was just very disappointed you know for the cost that you pay that just wasn’t not a good enough flavor for me.

This location consistently gets our order wrong. They'll have you come back and replace the order, but you have to bring the food back and by the time you get home, find out, get back to the store, etc. it's already a crazy hassle.
Go to Atomic Wings instead, honestly. Their customer service is phenomenal, and it's right around the corner. Fresh wings, too. Skip this Wing Stop, at least.
Bad customer service , I waited 30 mins for a sandwich , and 8 wings combo , went up
To the register , and they said we have it back here . We called your name , I was in the restaurant for those 30 mins not once did I hear my name . The food was cold by the time I ate .

Their wings are so delicious 😋 and I always like their ranch dressing too so yummy 😋
Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street
Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page. I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.
Well I ordered the hot lemon tenders and all I can say is I slept for 14hours and still can't really stay awake . They added so much salt or something every bite tasted like a overload of salt 🧂 trying to give people high blood pressure or something I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN..PERHAPS TURNING OFF THE MUSIC AT THIS LOCATION WILL HELP THEM CONCENTRATE ON THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD THAT HARD WORKING PEOPLE SPEND THERE MONEY ON . IF I WOULD HAVE DINED IN I WOULD HAVE ASK FOR A REFUND .ALSO THEY NEED TO WIPE THE SODA MACHINE DOWN INSTEAD OF STANDING AROUND CONGREGATING..

Iris is literally the best!!! I submitted a mobile order for delivery and of course messed some things up. She was patient with me and got the driver everything he needed to ensure we received our order. Thank you thank you thank you Iris! Will be ordering from your guys’ location from now on!

The staff here is always respectful and courteous. My food is done within the timeframe and ALWAYS fresh and delicious. They double check your order and make sure your food is correct. I appreciate that.
