used the app to order. payed with Venmo. Never got my order. doordash called and said my order should be here. it was not. Door dash who I don't have an account with canceled the order. told me to call wingstop. I called them and they told me to call door dash. Now I can't get money from Wingstop, doordash or Venmo.
wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.
Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

Staff is absolutely clueless. If you order from this location please make sure you are not on a time crunch because it will take close to an hour for them the prepare it.

This wasn’t the best experience from here I ordered on 9/2 and they gave my all drums and old fries I spoke with Ayla she told me to call back later and speak with a manager everytime I call their system says they are on the line I know for a fact they aren’t that busy waste of money

In my experience, they should really consider hiring quicker people. My order took longer than what it had to be, when I called it in. My fries were burned and they gave me the crumbs at that all little pieces and burnt. I have tried this location twice and both times are not great. Young lady seemed polite but terribly slow.

I was charged twice on my debit card for two separate orders two separate stores! No one will call me back and no one will respond to the complaint I made at the corporate office. This has been going on since JUNE!!! Went in the store in the manager is no help will not give me district managers name just keeps brushing me off.
The wings here always delivered in a pool of grease which pretty much leaves the wings without any dry rub. I keep trying to give them a chance but they get worse every time. I will keep going to the location at Northline Commons even though its farther away because the food from there is actually drained and seasoned.
