Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street

Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page.
I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

Honestly, they gave me a reminder to always check your food before you walk out the establishment. By the time I get home, I'm tired, having to drive back is GAS / TIME. Which makes it trash. Pay attention to your orders Wingstop

I’ve had wingstop many times and pretty sure I’ve ordered at this location before tonight as well but the food tonight was horrible. Now I don’t expect all my wings to be huge or anything but this time they were all so small! Normally when I have wingstop they are almost gargantuan wings, but today they were mini. Also my veggie sticks, the celery specifically, were almost all bad. When I opened the veggie sticks I almost thought that they had just given me carrots but then I see the celery at the bottom and they were almost all going bad.
Everything was good but the wings I ordered. I ordered the corn wings and it looks nothing like the picture at all. I taste more of the Parmesan cheese then anything. The other yellow powder cheese tastes like popcorn seasoning. I lost my 18 bucks.

The garlic Parmesan suck… at least Buffalo Wild Wings as some taste of garlic and heat… yours have absolutely no flavor!!! Fries are better than Buffalo Wild Wings.
