Great service, I went in yesterday thursday around 7:40 and the lady who took my order was súper kind and had a great vibe & my food was súper good everything perfect! I’m happy to see that there is still places where’s service is 10/10 keep it up.

I placed an online order from Wingstop around 7:30PM and waited over an hour for delivery. When my food finally arrived, it turned out to be boneless wings instead of bone-in, which was not what I intended to order. Not to mention that my entire order was cold and soggy at this point. I drove to the store to get it corrected, only to realize the mistake on the order was mine. After paying for delivery, tip, and an extended wait time just for the convenience, and then to still have to come into the store anyway, I hoped for a little understanding.

Instead, Eric at the counter was completely impolite and unsympathetic. I offered to pay the difference to swap for bone-in wings, he said ok but still attempted to charge me for a whole new order. At that point, I asked for a refund, which he stated would be processed the next day. When asked for some kind of proof or receipt, he proceeded to contact the manager, Ricky. I expected the situation to get better, but he was no help because he denied my refund and refused to speak with me. By this time, it was nearly 10 PM and my family still didn’t have dinner.

It’s disappointing that a small mix-up turned into such a frustrating experience. Good customer service could have turned this around, but instead, it left a really bad impression and they will never receive my business again. Thankfully, my credit card company can handle the dispute, but it’s sad that it had to come to that. Wish I could give no stars

I visited this location on 10/15/25 and placed an order for a 15-piece bone-in combo inside the restaurant. When I arrived home, my wings were soggy, undercooked, and cold. I immediately called the location, and the shift leader instructed me to call back the next morning to speak with the manager. The following day, the manager referred me to the District Manager, who assured me that he would remake my entire order whenever I was ready.

However, after initially agreeing to make things right, the District Manager completely stopped answering my phone calls and messages. This shows a clear lack of accountability and responsibility in addressing customer concerns. No customer should have to chase down a District manager to resolve a food safety issue.

I spent over $30 on food that was not properly cooked and unsafe to eat. The staff also appear to lack proper training in both food preparation and customer service. Selling undercooked chicken is a serious health risk, and this issue should not be taken lightly.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I plan to escalate my complaint to corporate headquarters and report this location to the City health department. Customers deserve safe food, professional service, and management that stands behind their word—none of which I received at this location.

In 24 hours, actions will be taken if this situation is not resolved.

the man working in the front at 1:30 pm on saturday has zero customer service skills whatsoever. the person he was speaking to on the phone for 10 MINUTES was more important than handing me my to go order that was sitting there getting cold while he was lollygagging away. I left without my order.

Tonight I had a DoorDash delivery driver steal my food but the young lady did everything and beyond to make sure I got my food re delivered. She was understanding, had great communication, patience and even helped me feel comfortable enough that to make sure the next delivery driver give me my food! She remade the order to a T. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!! Give her a raise!!!!

Check your order before you leave! I wish I did. I ordered the 20 boneless wings meal deal, got home & had only 14 wings. How do you short change someone by 6 wings?!?
