This is one of the worst Wing Stops on this end of town. I just paid 28 dollars to have wings delivered and they taste like a card board box. No flavor, no garlic parmesan seasoning, just butter and sog. I will never order from location again. This location has so many bad reviews. It's time to shut this place down.

I ordered wings and fries, I was asked to wait 10 minutes, I got my order and left. When I opened the bag after I left, the fries were cold and soggy and my wings drenched in oil. Most annoying part, I called to express my displeasure and the lady asked what I needed her to do about it.

Please dont buy from here, I went there for some wings and they told me to wait 20 minutes when I waited 15 minutes 35 minutes in total, alsk the food taste really bad

The guy who works at the cash register was super rude, not to mention rude, since when he arrived there was still half an hour before closing and when he asked if they were answering, he raised a hand and sent me away as if to say get out of here, we are going to close, but unfortunately for There was still half an hour before the closing of the store, people like that take a place to anyone for their attention and some do not sell until the time they put on the sign 12 pm. They should put on the sign that they only sell until 11:30 .

I arrived at 11:38 pm to make a purchase, and the person who attended me very rudely did not want to sell me, when the closing time is at 12 am, it was 22 minutes before closing.

I usually go to this location because it’s very close to me. The customer service is not very good, and the wait times are always extremely high. The reason I’m leaving a review is because I ate here Sunday night, and then woke up at 2 am with severe food poisoning. I definitely won’t risk eating at this location again.

I ordered fries, Cajun corn and paid extra for a bleu cheese. I opened my bag and noticed that the bleu cheese wasn’t inside, so I drove back to the wing stop on my lunch break. The fact I had to drive back on time for a mistake I didn’t make is absolutely ridiculous, and I wasn't offered a drink. I stated to the cashier that I had to drive back here because you guys failed to add my dress to the bag.

Rude Customer Service - The employees will argue with you over anything. Had two experiences over sauce and season on my French fries. Will not come to this location again!

I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, I wanted to order fries at the counter because I didn’t place them with my mobile order. The cashier looked me and my face and said “I don’t understand why people order online then order in store” How rude! It’s not for you to understand, just take my order!Then a more recent incident. I placed an order online, my boyfriend picked it up and by the time he got home, we noticed we were missing our wings. I called the store to let them know the situation and that we were on our way back for the wings, the cashier told me okay. He gets to the store, they ask him for the bag for food so they can look inside of it. Well, the food that was correct was left at home because all we were missing was our wings! They refused to give him the wings until he brought the rest of the order back. The cashier claimed she said it over the phone, but she did not , otherwise I would have told him to take it! So now we’re driving back and forth when all they had to do was get the order correct or give us the wings! I asked the cashier what was the reason and the logic behind it and she couldn’t tell me. There were three people digging around in my bag when all I wanted was the wings I ordered. I do recommend this location at all!

Really nice customer service; I showed up early expecting to wait half an hour for my food which is fine because I came early but they had my food ready within 10-15 minutes! There was a slight confusion when the guy taking couldn't find my name but all was well. Also pretty clean tables and seating from what I could see! Would come back again!

Went to buy staff lunch today. I asked them to bag everything separately. They still stuffed everything in three bags. All the wings were hard very small. Also got back to my office people french fries were missing had to drive all the way back. Also, the manager did not want to help he was trying to leave when cashier asked him to help her with the line terrible customer service wasted over one hour in the store will never return to this location or refer a friend or family member.
