used the app to order. payed with Venmo. Never got my order. doordash called and said my order should be here. it was not. Door dash who I don't have an account with canceled the order. told me to call wingstop. I called them and they told me to call door dash. Now I can't get money from Wingstop, doordash or Venmo.

Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

Food took 30 minutes to come out, it was a 10 pc combo. The cashier Teresa, needs major improvement. Her attitude is bad, instead of giving my food when it came out she decided to take a phone call. My fries were also old.

Allyssa and Rodney were absolutely phenomenal. The food and customer service was absolutely flawless. Matter of fact, all the staff was wonderful. I would definitely like to patron this wingstop again. I’ve never had wingstop from a location as good as this one. I will return.

Ordered my food before 8: 00 o’clock wasn’t done until almost 8:45! Picked up my order got home to eat the chicken had no seasoning. It’s completely dry and u have all drumsticks like I asked for that…I did not. The only thing good about this food it’s the fries and that’s because I poured ketchup all over them. Cashed to speak with a manager edit said he’ll leave a note got the morning manager to process a refund but he wouldn’t give me a name of who I’ll need to speak with. The area is completely sketch the atmosphere of off. Smh that I even went here to this location.

I was charged twice on my debit card for two separate orders two separate stores! No one will call me back and no one will respond to the complaint I made at the corporate office. This has been going on since JUNE!!! Went in the store in the manager is no help will not give me district managers name just keeps brushing me off.

Ordered delivery. Received order with missing items. Called the store and said we had to bring it in to verify. Asked for partial refund and could hear the manager in the background yelling to tell me that id get a partial refund but that he wasn't going to actually do it. Did not receive any partial refund for missing items.
Service is horrible. All of the order was not placed in the bag. When I returned for the remainder of the order I still did not get the dressings. My son checked before driving off. Went nack to the door and was told we are closed

I asked for well done everything and this what I received. I will NEVER buy anything from here again. I wouldn’t care if it was the only wingstop open. It’s Ghetto and the service is Horrible. I asked for ketchup cause they only gave me 1 for a large order of fries,the girl Tamia was being smart by the mouth and wanna say it’s only 1 ketchup per order. I have never heard of that before. But don’t worry I would not spend another penny here. This was my first and last time

Not answering the phone to take orders at all on Fathers Day. I've called them seven times and the phone just rings several times before disconnecting you. Considering how slow this location is with getting orders out, you would think they would be happy to take orders over the phone.
