ordered through doordash and the store didn’t even tell me my order got stolen, my driver was the one that had to tell them to cancel the order and refund me. save your money and go somewhere else this location is basically known to do things wrong at this point

I went to this location a few weeks ago. Got home and my chicken was not cooked..contacted the mgr.she says hey I will put you down for a free meal when you come back. I called back about 5 days later. I tried to place the order and of course the lady that answered the phone said I have no idea what you are taking about. You have to talk to the mgr...wait for it. I said what's the mgr name....she said I cant tell you.just call back and try to catch her if she here.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PATIENCE! This place prepared nickel-sized boneless wings for me and when I called to see if there was anything to do to correct the wings they told me that they don't make the product they just cook it and my problems were none of their concern.

I just ordered food December 22nd 2023. I was missing my boneless. Wings the classic wings I ordered were dry and overcooked couldn't eat them. on top of that the fries were cold. I've tried calling the store 10 times and nobody has answered. So now I'm writing this post.

Like this location seeing that it is new in the area , only complaint is they don't accept cash . But pretty fair as far as fresh hot food . Not too crowded , usually if busy your still helped in a timely fashion.

They messed my order up and tried to make me at fault nor wanting to give me my food because I didn’t bring in the full order but the full order wasn’t wrong. They literally have dummies working there. And the management sucks and she looks to be high on some drug.
HORRIBLE is a understatement!!!!!! We ordered food drove home it was incorrect called back talk to a manager who stated they would replace my order a few months later I go back and the manager said I waited too late to get my order and they would no longer replace it. How does that make sense? So they basically stole my money and gave me nothing. Do not eat here. The food is horrible and the people that work there are incompetent.
