The service in this place is TOP TIER!! They are so nice and accommodating! Everyone literally spoke when we walked in. ? The restaurant is soo clean and they have the nice soda machine! Food was fresh! Well done to the whole team…especially Jocelyn and Kendrell!

Normally I don't have a problem with this Wingstop but today 9/14/2024 I got placed on a 17 minute hold.
I called to try and add bleu cheese and ranch to my order but was placed on hold right away. Just got the message that a dasher was taking my order (I placed my order directly on Wingstop's website, so that's frustrating in its own right) so I guess I'm not getting any sauce. Pisses me off man. You don't need to put someone on hold that long.

What this place lacks in atmosphere, it makes up with service and food accuracy and taste.
I am very peculiar about both service and quality of food taste, especially when it comes to my wings. Emily took my order on the call and was behind the counter when I arrived, she was absolutely the most professional in both settings. Truly a great representation of what an ideal customer facing employee should be.
The kitchen staff nailed my order ( all wings, extra, extra crispy. )
Highly, highly hope the management team sees this now and review.

Pretty poor experience on a to-go order. Poor service waiting 5 minutes for an order that apparently "wasn't ready yet" only to ask again and told "oh ya, that's sitting right here"

No matter how many times I ask for my fries and wings to be well done with extra seasoning they are always undercooked. Fries are soggy and cold by the time I pick up my order. It takes nothing to fry some food a little longer
By far the best experience Ive had at a wingstop. Young lady by the name of Esperanza took my order and I believe it was her first day but she did amazing. Her customer service was excellent, such a sweet and pleasant young lady. She even made sure she spelled my name correctly! Restaurant was clean and other staff was friendly as well! Keep up the great team work ???!!

Absolute ignorance exists in the “assistant manager” I belief her name is Lilith or lily…I went in to pick up an order for a customer and for the first time ever it was ready, having just delivered Covid Tests to the previous customer I said I’m here for Customers order, she said it’s ready to which I replied perfect I just want to run wash my hands real quick. When I came out and requested the order the employees refused to hand it to me stating that another driver was coming to pick it up. DoorDash had to cancel the order. The customer didn’t get their food. The restaurant didn’t get paid for making the order, but I did get paid for the waste of time that was.

Worst wingstop I ever been to. Service is slow, took like 35 mins to get my food. Wings barely had any sauce in it and one of the workers was kicking us out because my 10 year old nephew was eating a burger from whataburger. Also no sodas available from the machine.

Poor service today I went with my granddaughter 2yr and grandson 7 yr old but they wanted McDonald’s so that’s what I got them to eat there while I ate wings with two other adults that were with me but manager wanted to kick me out because they couldn’t eat other food there that’s not there’s basically the kids had to leave how is that possible es algo estúpido lo que están asiendo ahí e entrado a muchos restaurantes y nunca me a pasado algo así y lo peor tan grosera la Sra pésimo servicio ????
