I watched someone handle the garbage without gloves then handle food. I said something but they ignored me. She was doing the wings and putting them in the bag. Will not be back

Ridiculous very incompetent cashier no communication at all and order was totally wrong and when asked to fixed it she was all bothered and didn’t understand how to do her job

I ordered a delivery order and received my order wrong, when I called I told the manager I got a flavor of wings wrong and he asked for proof so I sent him a picture of my food and he said he was gonna redo my order and I never received it, really bad service after they made me wait over 30 minutes on hold and never received my wings.
Absolute horrible place to order from. How is it possible that I order my food 30 minutes prior to my arrival, come in, tell me that my food is ready and have me wait for another 30 minutes. Here's the kicker, they set my food down on the rack knowing it's my order, and let it sit there for a little over 15 minutes. Absolute joke of a restaurant considering there was only 3 customers in there.
We waited 35 minutes (on our 30 min lunch break) for a simple to-go order while multiple employees were standing around doing nothing but serving other employees’ wings. The lack of urgency or customer service was shocking. It seemed like no one cared about the long wait or the customers waiting.
Recently visited this location and was wondering why they only have a 2.8 ranking on google. The food was ok, the store wasn't dirty it was just a wing stop, and then I noticed the issue, which is the the piss poor management that was on duty at the time.
Cursing, yapping and flirting with the cashiers while patrons are in the building.
Speaking in a non-professional manner, and not treating the environment like a work place where people expect food to come from.
And the manager looked like he just got out of High School or something, idk if he's new or something but I have a gut feeling he's a big reason this store is rated so poorly.
Anyways, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I go here a lot but recently theres been some issues with management or supervisors. I ordered online and sat inside for 40 minutes after my order said it would be done online. I understand being super busy and swamped trying to get everyones food out especially when there were at least 10 customers waiting for an answer but in times like these there should be someone who is in charge of dealing with the customers who are waiting it looked like my bag was on the shelf for some time
I was hesitant to go to this Wingstop given the prior reviews from months ago. My experience today was great as far as the service and the quality of the wings and fries. No complaints and I’ll be back assuming this trend continues upward.
Food came out fast, and was warm. The fries were missing a bit of salt but were good regardless. Employees were also very friendly.
Got to-go three large fries. Not a single fry had seasoning. Wings good though
