Absolute ignorance exists in the “assistant manager” I belief her name is Lilith or lily…I went in to pick up an order for a customer and for the first time ever it was ready, having just delivered Covid Tests to the previous customer I said I’m here for Customers order, she said it’s ready to which I replied perfect I just want to run wash my hands real quick. When I came out and requested the order the employees refused to hand it to me stating that another driver was coming to pick it up. DoorDash had to cancel the order. The customer didn’t get their food. The restaurant didn’t get paid for making the order, but I did get paid for the waste of time that was.

Worst wingstop I ever been to. Service is slow, took like 35 mins to get my food. Wings barely had any sauce in it and one of the workers was kicking us out because my 10 year old nephew was eating a burger from whataburger. Also no sodas available from the machine.

Poor service today I went with my granddaughter 2yr and grandson 7 yr old but they wanted McDonald’s so that’s what I got them to eat there while I ate wings with two other adults that were with me but manager wanted to kick me out because they couldn’t eat other food there that’s not there’s basically the kids had to leave how is that possible es algo estúpido lo que están asiendo ahí e entrado a muchos restaurantes y nunca me a pasado algo así y lo peor tan grosera la Sra pésimo servicio ????

I went to eat at wing stop with my family but my 8 year old don’t like wings, so I decide to get him some chicken nuggets from McDonalds. I spend around $100 dollars at wing stop but once they saw that I had McDonald an employee there didn’t let us eat their location only because my 8 year old had McDonalds.

I have NEVER had to leave a bad review but this store and the employees are so dirty!!! I was about to pay for my food when I saw the employee handling the food was not wearing gloves and touched the food with his bare hands! I walked out!

The wings tasted like they were old and just thrown in a to-go box before I got there. The fries were stale and it felt like the employees just gave us the left over food. The food was no where near warm/hot when I picked up my order, mind you, I had placed my order no more than 10 minutes before I arrived to this location since I live right down the road. The order we received was also not correct, I ordered an 6 pc order of boneless wings and an order of 10 bone in wings, they gave me boneless and it was so dry and hard. My teeth are so sensitive, I was scared I would chip them with how HARD they were. Trash, just horrible. If I could rate this location a 0 star, I would. I hope this review is what you needed to NOT go to this Wingstop location on Hammerly. You have been warned!!!

I have never been to a wing stop cheaper than this wing stop. They charge for every single thing. I wanted all flats and it’s 50cents. I asked for plants and they said they’re not supposed to give out plates? I called in to order and the girl was rude. No wonder why the reviews are so low here. Terrible customer service!!!!!

Walk in and nothing but bad vibes here. Grumpily heavy set tall Hispanic high school age woman in charge was being very rude to the customers. Her mom has to be working there for her to be there acting like she owns the place and can disrespect anyone that walks in there. Never coming back until they fire or get rid of these types of hires. Horrible work ethic. What happened to equal opportunity employment? It all looks like they living in the same house and come to work at the same wing stop. They only click in to pretend like they are working and go home come back and repeat. NO STARS!!

Mean fat lady here nosy and they take long making the orders. Too busy making food her her family and friends for free. You come in here they don’t even greet you like other Wing Stops. Looks like a another hoodrat place here. No such thing as customer service here. They only hire straight off from the street.
