Welcomed us right when we walked in, no wait time, very clean, staff was very attentive. I would rather visit this location rather than the Fuqua/Sabo location. Food was good. The only thing is that the ice machine wasn't working and we had to ask for some behind the counter, but other than that it was a great experience.

Top-tier customer service from the moment we walked in 🙌🏽 Erik was extremely helpful and checked on us the entire time to make sure we were good. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. The cashier, Maryori, handled my cash transaction in a way that raised serious concerns, and I left unsure whether the correct amount of change was given. On top of that, employees were touching food with bare hands and not using gloves, which is unsanitary and, to my understanding, against Texas food safety regulations.
Multiple employees were also on their phones and scrolling through social media instead of doing their jobs, while the restaurant itself was extremely dirty. There was a complete lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and basic food safety.
Corporate absolutely needs to be involved and look into this location. I will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
