I placed an online order today and had a great experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by multiple employees and helped right away. A young man even held the door for me on my way out and wished me a wonderful day, which really stood out. My tenders and fries were cooked perfectly—fresh, hot, and flavorful. I’m new to the area and happy to know I can count on this Wingstop for great service and food. Keep up the great work!

😓 I order here to not have to jump on and off the freeway. Mistake!! My wings are chewy 🙄 we know that’s not how they are supposed to be. Tastes like just chicken unseasoned. Unfortunately I was bringing them to work to eat before I clock in and I work all the way in mount Belvieu so I can’t go back for a refund . And I get to stay hungry for my 12 hour shift ! When I picked up my order the guy just looked at me I said I’m here to pick up he asked for the name gave it to him he basically threw my food at me and handed me my cup and walk away . Won’t be stopping at this location again . !

Emanuel told me to write survey for free french fries on the Wingstop survey thingy and he helped me with it and even gave his phone to my friend to help her do one too best wingstop ever and best cashier ever he deserves a raise or something that boy is going his job right seen him bag my food clean the tables and even take orders fast idk if he’s a manager or what but he must be getting paid a lot to do all that at once I’m starting to think he might of even cooked my food and did everything
