Today, Thursday, January 9, 2025... I went to buy an order of wings, it was 10:30 pm and it said Open, they close at 11:00 pm and when I went in to place my order, the very rude lady in the kitchen told me that there were no more, that those that were there were for her... we have gone on other occasions and even at that time they serve us.... terrible service... I wish they would pay more attention to service to the client, one leaves work at that time and hungry...

Wings so oily they can’t even pick up sauce. Picked up the container out of the bag, and dumped half a cup of oil all over my table. Pretty disgusting amount of oil. Wouldn’t even call this a sauce

I didn’t see a ranch in the bag keep in mind it’s about 2 dollars. They didn’t give me another one, and when they did they laughed about it. Very unprofessional, and poor customer service.

Greasy wings and “boneless wings”. Fries were very stale and hard, like a week old fries that were sitting in a car. Mango habanero boneless wings were ok. Everything else had lots grease, wayyyy too much salt, or not properly seasoned (like little rub seasoning). Headache after eating. Very dirty inside when picked up the food. No napkins and had a roll of bathroom napkins. Waste of calories and money. Save your coins and disappointment and go somewhere else.

My fiancé and I just moved in this area about 3 months ago and we've ordered take-out from this Wingstop a handful of times. Each time they always have our order ready at a timely manner and a couple of times they've given me an extra wing or two and I absolutely appreciate that. Great service. Great team of employees.

They rarely screw up your order, but they are SUPER slow. Even though the app says 16-21 minutes for pickup, you can until 30-45 minutes usually cuz I swear they don’t start your online order until you get there. I think they smoke a lot of weed
