Worst service from “Jessie”. Worst attitude ive seen and i am a manager in the industry. Wouldn’t have her on my team at all! If you think guests deserve that attitude then this place will keep losing customers. Starting from being upset that change had to be made to taking the order over the phone at 1115p.m you don’t lose for nearly an hour! Can’t answer the phone after three calls made. This is not a manager/shift lead/staff member I’d continue to have.

Extremely unprofessional management. I was charged $58.83 for 3 wing combos with delivery service. All three combos were missing sides from orders and I was compensated $4.50 and a promise to be “wrote down in the book”. Instead of just comping our meal and doing the right thing, management told me there was nothing they could do and that I’d have to come pick up the rest of the food another time. I called back numerous times to the point where one guy told me I could come get 3 free wing combos on them, just to call back and be denied of picking them up. I asked the lady on the phone how much the sides rang up for and she replied “$33.00.” This is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Customer service is awful & a joke. Thanks for the $4.50 that really cannot buy a pack of gum in this economy. Will not be coming back.

No wonder they are hiring it was 10pm they close at 12 they were sitting there just talking some people went inside and i guess they didnt wanted to serve them cuz they went back out with a dissapointing face didnt want to mess with them ordering so i went next door to dominos

Ordered my food online thru door dash they gave my order to someone else I called wingstop to see why my order was given to someone else and the guy answering the phone was extremely rude and couldn’t even explain why they gave my order to someone else . Would not recommend ordering from this location since they don’t know what orders they are giving out had me waiting nearly 2hrs for food .

I recently visited Wingstop and had a fantastic experience, all thanks to Jessi. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was super helpful while I chose my order. Jessi took the time to recommend some of her favorite flavors, which made the decision so much easier. I really appreciated her patience and friendly attitude. The wings were delicious, and the service was quick. Overall, I had a great time, and Jessi made it even better! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Wingstop always hits the spot, but my visits are even better when I see Jessi! She was super friendly, quick with the service, and just had great vibes all around. My order came out perfect and fresh—can’t ask for more. Big shoutout to Jessi for being so cool and helpful. Definitely coming back!

Jesse always has my order ready for me as soon as I walk in . I’m in and out in and that’s what I like . I feel like she sees me coming from a mile away hahaha . Nah but she always quick with it and that’s what I like .

I always come here , and I either run into Raul or jesse.. both of them are amazing cashier’s & I always seem to carry conversations with both . The food is good regardless what anyone says .

Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service
Dear Wingstop Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the poor customer service I experienced at your Wirt Rd location on March 25, 2025.
I initially called the store to inquire about the T-Mobile promotion and spoke with an employee named Janet. Unfortunately, she was extremely unhelpful and ultimately hung up on me. Upon arriving at the location, I encountered the same dismissive attitude when I asked for clarification on how the promotion worked. Janet refused to assist me and stated that no manager would be available until the following day between 11 AM and 5 PM.
While I understand that promotions may have certain restrictions, my frustration stems from the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff. As a first-time customer, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I do not plan to return to this location.
I believe in the importance of good customer service, and I hope this matter is addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be handled.
