Great attentive staff and easy to get a table at 5pmWent after work for some quick bites and a small meal. The food was fresh and crispy - the fries were great! I wouldn't recommend the duck croquettes because they were mostly bread haha definitely not much duck at all. The half chicken was also pretty good with a balsamic glaze. The only thing was it kind of reminded me of my hello fresh meals so it wasn't anything special. I wouldn't be upset to go back but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so

This review pertains only to their in-house banquet service. It may not reflect service at the individual table, which I have not yet tried. I've been to probably 100 banquets in hotels and restaurants in large Texas cities in the last 37 years. I'm almost always satisfied with the food and the service, which made III By Wolfgang Puck as glaring exception. The food was okay by banquet standards, but the servers were clearly overwhelmed by the demand. The event was supposed to begin at 6:00 PM with a wine/beer reception, followed by dinner and a guest speaker at 6:30. When I came in a bit before 6, unopened bottles of wine were on a sideboard in the room, but there was nobody to take tickets or open the wine until about 6:20. This delayed the rest of the meeting, but it was only the beginning of the tardiness. When servers brought out the salads, somehow they managed to simply skip several people at my table. The diners they skipped were people of color, so that looked bad. The speaker had already begun as the salads dribbled out, so that was a bit disruptive. The main course also came out unevenly, so the food grew cold before everyone at the table was served. Servers had to be flagged down several times before bringing the missing dishes. After asking if any attendee had dietary requirements, and several people requested vegetarian, the servers apparently forgot and had to be reminded, which delayed the table getting served another 15 minutes. To add insult to injury, the vegetarians were punished with a bowl of pasta and a thin coating of plain tomato sauce. I'm hoping that this experience was a fluke, and maybe they just had a lot of staff no-shows. I'll update the review the next time I attend a meeting there.

The food was just eh and the service wasn't that great. My steak was on the fatty side and the potatoes had a vinegar after taste. The best part of our meal was the overpriced hummus appetizer.

Wonderful food, and the space is gorgeous- it's the best place to be if you're headed to the Medical Center. We tried a little bit of everything- including a trip to the lunch buffet- it was all outstanding. My favorite was their version of chicken tortilla soup- unlike any I've ever had before. Also- the fish dishes were outstanding. It was early in the day so we had mocktails- every drink on the menu sounded scrumptious- but I went with a ginger iced tea -I can't remember the name. The actual cocktail and wine lists were incredible but we didn't partake this time. Service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back for dinner- excellent date night spot! Also- easy parking in the building- take garage elevator up to restaurant. Enjoy!

Great service! The food and drinks were exactly what you would expect from a Wolfgang Puck establishment. Great experience, outstanding food, and the perfect atmosphere.

Today we came to III for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and we had high expectations, from the moment we walked in we noticed the beautiful atmosphere and decoration! All the staff was very friendly and attentive! our server Maria was Amazing! We loved every single dish we had! The sea bass and filet mignon were on point! Thanks again for the great experience. We will be back for sure.

The best hidden gem in Houston! As a native Houstonian hats off to Chef Puck for opening a restaurant with 5 star service and excellent food without the extra hoopla that has been happening here lately in Houston. A beautiful dining experience!

We went during Houston Restaurant weeks. We literally had the whole menu! If you do it family style you get to try a little bit of everything and possibly take some food home. I've been ti this spot several times, since I work nearby, but it was other restaurants. This became III I want to say in 2022. They offer a lunch buffet some days during the week for $25. This is on the to do list. Food was great and Service was excellent. This was not my first time here and will not be my last. This place is very nice and quite. It almost feels like you are sitting in someone's formal dining room.

OMG! Made the reservation on a Wednesday because I was in the ‘hood and didn't want to Uber too far to meet my husband for a quick dinner... boy, were we in for an awesome surprise. To begin with, the food was heavenly! We chose the Houston Restaurant Week menu (my hubby had the stake and I had fish) and every.single.thing.on.that.menu.was.AMAZING! FLAVORFUL! and outright perfect. The server, Mariya, was attentive but not too overwhelming; Tommy (in training?) kept an eye on our table but from afar; and even the Chef stopped by our table to say “Hi!” We highly recommend it the restaurant. It's a bit hidden but worth the find.

Nice dining and live jazz night was super

For a fancy restaurant that charges $65 for brunch (without bottomless mimosas) it was disappointing to say the least. Tables were not decorated at all (only a white cloth) and the buffet had almost no lunch items. You pay $65 to eat eggs and bacon, basically. The cheese table was very poor and it was constantly empty for dozens of minutes at a time. The serves would rarely refill the cheeses. It was definitely not what I expected for a Mother's Day Brunch.

The food is decent We waited 1.5 hours for our lunch to come.Definitely not a place for work lunch. Will not be coming back here again. Not worth the wait. And the restaurant is freezing.
