The most delicious version of banh khot i've ever had! I'm used to a more coconut milky banh khot, but this version is the perfect blend of banh xeo and banh khot. It's crazy crunchy (they're not afraid to use the oil here) but has just enough chew to still be like banh khot imo. Flavor is awesome and each piece has a big ol shrimp in it. I will dream of this. My brother ordered the bo luc lac and thoroughly enjoyed it as well! I myself had the banh xeo and this was also great, and highly recommend the ca phe sua da as well. Overall star was for sure banh khot though!

Our initial experience at this establishment left my friends both impressed . Today, we decided to give it a try ourselves. The banh xeo boasts a delightful crunchiness, and the bo ne is rich in flavor. We feel fortunate to have discovered such a gem.

Pros: Fresh, authentic, elevated Banh Xeo. I like how they crisp up the pork. Wrapped in lettuce makes for the ultimate flavor/texture combo. We had the Bo Kho as well, which is like a beef stew that you dip bread into that was *chefs kiss*. Beef just falls apart it's that tender. Comes with Vietnamese butter and pate so you know they mean business. Only available on certain days though. Bo Ne is also very tasty. Tender, saucy beef with onions and two sunny side up eggs. I liked it with a side of rice to balance out the strong flavors. Nem Nuong spring rolls were as good as it gets and comes with a great dipping sauce. Self seating. The days I've went for lunch and dinner, there were plenty of tables to choose from. Service is great! They bring the food to the table and people come by frequently to clear away finished dishes. You can walk up to the bar to refill on water and any extra utensils/napkins. Cons: parking can be hit or miss, there's a small lot but aside from that it's street parking. Overall this place is a sleeper hit, tucked away in the food hall. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food that's not pho or Banh mi.

Great spot inside the market, we went during a slow time and got to talk to the owner, walked us through the process of making the food, how to eat it, and shared some of his upbringing which is part of his inspiration for the restaurant. The food was phenomenal, devoured it.I got the Ban Xio and spring rolls, I would definitely recommend both of them.

Xeo Yum has been on my list since it opened, along with other shops in the newly opened food court. My husband and I were fortunate to come here during the restaurant week! There are only a few bar seats, but there are so many tables within the food court to sit at as well. We ordered one restaurant week 25$ deal for mini Banh Xeo (small Vietnamese savory crepe) + Fried Salmon. And a Bo Ne (sizzling steak with egg) + 2 egg rolls. The flavors were terrific!!! I am not Vietnamese, but this is 500% the flavor you would experience in Asia. Even the pate with mayo pairs so well with baguette. Steak is both sweet and savory. Fried fish is even excellent! It was crispy outside, but inside, it was half-done. It reminded me of a smoked salmon. The size of mini Banh Xeo is sufficient for me and my husband to share. The regular-size Banh Xeo was made with a 13'' pan, which is super huge! The crispy crepe has a shrimp-like savory flavor, which feels super Vietnamese. The egg roll size was ok, but it was FULL OFF SHRIMPS! I loved everything here. Most importantly, the chef here loves cooking. I was surprised to get so many delicious foods with big portions for only $50. We will come back! The only downside is that there's only a little parking space at this food court; we ended up parking at another food plaza.

Located in a food hall. Very limited parking. This place was the only one during lunchtime on a weekday when we went that had consistent customers coming. We ordered: Banh Khot - crispy and soft inside with shrimp. Yummy! Bo Ne - onions undercooked, meat was very dry and did not have enough flavor Bo luc lac - same meat and no flavor. I am use to this dish to having a good amount of sauce and flavor. It was crispy on the outside and slightly tender on the inside which is good but needs more seasoning. Also barely had any meat in the dish. It's a food hall so open concept and sit anywhere. Lots of other food places inside the hall to try. The workers were very friendly. Would come back for the Banh Khot.

We got bánh xèo, bánh khọt & nem nướng cuốn. The food was delicious! Skin of the crepe was crispy, I like the pork belly that comes with it as well. Presentation was good and their fish sauce was good!! Will be coming back

The place is located in a food hall. It was nice to see all their decor match our Vietnamese culture.I came with one of my friends for a late lunch and we shared two dishes. Banh Xeo (savory crepe) and banh khot (essentially the mini version). You make a lettuce wrap with the crepes and dip it in fish sauce. All the vegetables were fresh and the pork being crispy in the savory crepe was a very nice touch! The service was great!
