My experience at Xing Fu Tang in this area left me feeling somewhat disappointed, especially compared to the exceptional quality I experienced at their Taiwan location. Despite visiting a few times, the drinks consistently fell short of expectations. While the ambiance was charming, the overall experience was underwhelming, particularly considering the competition from other boba places in the area. That being said, there was one standout item on the menu—the Osmanthus Oolong tea with Honey Jelly (if that is still an option). This became my go-to drink, as it offered a refreshing option amidst the otherwise lackluster qualities of the other drinks. I tried the Damascus Rose tea, and that came out a bit watered down. While the Xing Fu Tang in this plaza may have its charm, I couldn't help but feel that it didn't quite meet the standards set by its counterparts in Taiwan.

I’ve visited often, I’m in love with milk tea selection, specially the Thai green tea and the brown sugar. From all the boba I’ve tried this one is the best it has a firm but soft texture. They also have milk options… for my lactose intolerant people.

Expensive and not worth the price. But they did do a good job with all the marketing and social media stuffs to buff their store interaction. Whenever I walked by, there’s rarely anyone there compared to the Feng cha next door, usually full on

One of my favorite boba places ever! Soft serve is so delicious and the boba is always warm and fresh. You can even see the employees make and scoop the boba fresh when making your order since it is made in a big wok over fire. Definitely a place to try out if you love boba tea!

Was a little iffy about visiting here due to the low rating but it was actually really great!! I got the Thai Milk Tea and it was really good. The tapioca was also fresh and sweeter than other places.

i love trying boba places and was craving a brown sugar boba milk so i decided to visit here. i used the kiosk and the most shocking thing is definitely the price for a small drink. it was $16 including tip for two drinks. my drink was decent, i just wish it was more sweeter and i didn’t like the milk used. my bf drink which was the grapefruit green tea was much better and more flavorful. the place is also super aesthetic and clean.

Was recommended by a friend, our usual is Feng Cha so decided to give this boba spot a shot! Grabbed the Brown Sugar Milk Boba and I definitely enjoyed it. The Boba was fresh and was sweeter than what I’m used to with Feng Cha. I’d recommend this spot if you’re looking for a quick drink but beware of the price ?

Of the 479295892+ boba shops in Bellaire, there's always a new one every month or so. Went to Xing Fu Tang craving their brown sugar milk tea, which is what they are known for and it's their most popular item.I opted for a medium size (trying to cut on calories). The total ended up being around $7 FOR A MEDIUM, which made me reminisce the time boba was $4 before inflation :( My drink got made relatively fast and the drink itself was very underwhelming. The boba was good and the view of them serving from the giant pot was cool but there are better boba places that serve regular sizes for $7 and are of better overall quality.Don't think I will be visiting here again..one and done, unfortunately.

I’m glad i didn’t look at the pictures before coming here, because i definitely would not have paid $8 for their drinks. But it’s WORTH IT!! Their boba is some of the best I’ve ever had and their tea is decent too. I got an oolong milk tea and their regular milk tea. The boba is sooo amazing I can’t overhype it. I would probably stay away from their coffee and soda drinks, considering the price
