Customer service was poor. The lady that served us did not look happy at all. We didn't feel like we were welcomed there. Food was okay. We dined in, and also ordered bun dau mam tom to go, and asked for extra sauce and we were told it would be $2.5 extra. Usually extra sauce was free when we dined in before.

Sorry, I wasn't feeling the best, so I didn't get a chance to take photos. The vermicelli bowl was very good. The flavors were perfect.
More importantly, the washrooms were decent! It's probably the cleanest of all the Vietnamese places that we have been to. That's saying something!

Personally my most favorite go-to spot for Bun Dau Mam Tom. The portion is great, the protein is spot on, both texture-wise and flavor-wise. The fermented shrimp sauce might be a bit strong and heavy with MSG, but delicious nonetheless. Other items on the menu are just as fantastic. Highly recommended to give them all a try!

After changing owners, everything was delicious. I ate noodles with tofu and shrimp paste, dried boiled meat, and a bowl of vermicelli soup with peanuts and was not as sweet and watery as the old owner. I ate on September 24, 2024.

NC staff is very impolite, I've been a contact here for many years but from today I probably won't stop by anymore. 4 people came in to eat and ordered bean noodles, old cucumbers and big cuts, I told the staff to borrow my knife. Cut it into small pieces and ask if I can change to another melon? , the staff member's face swelled up and shouted, the owner bought it in a whole box? , the employee in the black shirt is very nice, but the lady in the red striped shirt speaks very harshly, I said not to tip but we don't know if we will or not, the food may be delicious but the service is not good either. I don't visit anymore, now the restaurant has many choices, if it's still the same, it will be difficult to make customers come back, a bad experience.

The service was so bad from the moment I walked in until I left, I didn't say "hello" when I walked in, and even when I paid I couldn't say "thank you". They didn't answer any questions. When they couldn't finish their food, they didn't give them a bowl of dipping sauce to take home, but instead told customers to bring the remaining sauce to take home. OMG, this is in the US. Businesses like that would be closed. go soon. The first and last time
