Yumcha has become my favorite spot in the Bellaire area. However, I am quite disappointed in the quality of the boba in my drink today. I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea drink and to my surprise the boba was very tough to chew. I hope that this does not become a frequent issue.

I recently discovered this tea place, and it has quickly become my favorite spot on Bellaire. The tea is robust yet refreshing. They also offer non-caffeinated options, like sparkling and slush drinks, which are kid-friendly.

Parking: Best to park in the parking lot next door than to park in their lot during busy times
Kid-friendliness: Depends on your definition of kid. They have k-pop and maybe anime type events there on weekends sometimes and there is space and WiFi. Also looks good to just hang out and study.

remake 2 time still tastes like water, I ordered this everyday almost 2 years long, I’m pretty sure what it supposed taste like. I would never come back, how the manager training these employee??

Thank you for turning around service today. I, too, experienced horrible service lately with rude employees and lack of presentation to my order. Lately, I had employees sending to-go order in a messy paper cup with spillage all over it. I'd received death glares for asking for the reusable plastic cup, in-person to off-set horrible uber experiences. For the cost I pay on Uber and in-person, I almost gave up to bring business elsewhere. My grandma and i never throw the plastic cups away. It's saved to fill up water to drink or plant flowers due harmful waste.
Today, one employee made my day. An uber driver cancelled last minute and forced me to quickly decide, on pick up or wait for the next driver. I decided to pick up. My toddler wouldn't let me go before leaving my parent's house and to stay home with her grandparents. My toddler fell asleep on the way for pick up. I get to Yumcha and called to tell the bobista if she can kindly bring my order out, since my toddler is sleeping in the car. Luckily, I was right in front and she quickly brought it out! It made my whole night! Her kindness and understanding made this excursion worth it. I tested this night for another chance to order from Yumcha and they used the plastic cup! (I can continue to reuse it to fill it with water.) I am so happy after a horrible night I had at home.
Suggestion: I wish they would include connected rewards, for regular customers who have to use uber eats sometimes. I would have plenty of rewards from my receipts online.

Tried Yumcha for the first time - we ordered the Ube Black Sesame Boba and Grapefruit Crush.
I highly recommend the Grapefruit Crush! Extremely refreshing and definitely hit the spot given the hot weather we’ve been having.

It's definitely one of the more impressive Boba tea shops in the area! The moment you walk in it's a "wow" moment. The lighting is beautiful, it's very clean, and the tucked away seating is perfect for nice, soft conversation or studying.
The drink and food pairings just enough options as to not be overwhelmed. Definitely a nice place to visit for a calming sip of tea or coffee. Social media post approved spot
