My order was missing something. My fries are almost none for a medium order. They only gave 1 zaxby sauce for 3 meals.

Sorry but when you have to wait 20 mins in drive through, they make everyone park, people after you get their food and drive off before you. Then go inside and ask what's the hold up they get your order together, and still got it wrong missing stuff.
And sad thing they weren't even busy!

I’m not sure what’s changed with this location in the last couple of months but it wasn’t for the good! It has actually gotten worse! They are either out of something and or tell you to pull forward so you’re not going against their drive thru wait times only for you to wait even longer for them to bring your order out! Workers are very snappy as well! No one asked you to be in customer service, it is a choice! Do better!

Is it possible to give a place a zero? I spent 30 minutes here waiting in the drive through just to be told that I could drive around and walk in to get what I needed. What a joke of an establishment. I went in the drive through for a reason so I didn’t have to get out of my vehicle. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! Give me my money back.

The food was good, but it took 20 min to get my food from the drive-thru. I was told 5 min and to park up. 2 cars behind me got their food before me, and I still didn't get my food. I had to back up to the window, and a lady asked me what my order was again. Just inconvenient, maybe understaffed, but still.

Ordered a salad, tenders and cheesecake bites at a time where there was no line and waited over 45 minutes to receive my food. Workers are clueless at the window as well as taking your order

Ordered a large fry no slaw extra fries with my 6ct Tender and I can count how many individual fries came with the meal. There are 27 fries. I wasn't going to have an issue with this but when I went back up to order more food, got a kids meal (after already having paid for a kids drink separately). Asked them, as a courtesy since they didn't give me enough fries, to please give me a slice of toast since I wouldn't need the kids drink, they said no. This location used to be good, but now it's just ran by greedy and disingenuous people.

Fries were old as hell. They knew the fries were old and still give them out. And they would not warm up my cookies. I had to go to a gas station to hear them up

The food was warm…but that’s about it. My large drink was nothing but Ice, chicken strips were dry and small. Fries had no salt. Took a long time and we were the only ones in line.

I tried to place an order online and it wasn’t working. So I called this location and spoke to Monique, she gladly took the order over the phone so that I could pick it up upon arrival. Let me also mention I did all this at 9:40 at night and they close at 10. She was so sweet about the entire thing even though they would be closing in 20 min. It’s really appreciated and we need more workers like Monique in this world! You go Monique!!! I pray your boss appreciates you as much as us customers do!

Came to eat dinner with my boyfriend tonight and had AMAZING service. I wanted a chicken sandwich with cheese and the lady at the counter said she would make it herself so she went back to the kitchen and started cooking. My sandwich was amazing and we will be back! Great customer service from all employees extremely clean facility!!! Way to go Monique Phillips!!!!
