The food dont taste good i got the flaming hotcheetos fries it dont taste hotcheeto at all in it the flavor also got a mangonada they had to chamoy at all i got the honey bobba on a drink they didnt add it n said it was all out also the wing i got were alright

Great service and amazing smoothies, my husband didn’t like the food because it tasted plain to him but I loved the taste to everything. To each its own, I recommend the ube if you really like milkshakes ?
I am here to echo all the 1 star reviews, my experience going back to Zero Degrees has been absolute trash, the guy who helped us, I’m assuming his name is Trang from the reviews but my interaction with him has been … a VERY unique and hands-down the WORST customer service I have ever received. Tell me why it took him 5 whole minutes as I was taking out cash to pay for my order for him to say “NO cash”. He obviously hates working here so what’s taking management so long to fire him? Also, the food I ordered was absolute TRASH, as well. The meat was so dry (I ordered the garlic noodles with carne asada) that I almost choked on my food, and the food is honestly overpriced for the quality they present. Y’all are better off going to Bonus Cafe on Pearland Pkwy. Their menu is very similar to Zero Degrees and much much better than this trash place. Plus their staff has the absolute best customer service I have ever experience not to mention the quality of the food is outstanding !!!

I stopped at Zero Degrees after having dinner with friends to get a mangonada. It was a Tuesday evening and only one cashier working up front making the drinks and taking orders. It was a bit of a rush with people waiting for orders and also a line for orders. I have worked in the food industry so after taking my order, I sat down to patiently wait on my mangonada. 20 min passed by and I was still waiting on my order, it wasn’t till I noticed that people that showed up after me was getting their orders and I was like WTH. I went up to the counter and the female up front was on her phone. I told her that I never received my order and have been waiting, she seemed shocked. I told her that I had been sitting just waiting. She made my mangonada in under 3 minutes ? so I waited all that extra time for no reason. Mangonada wasn’t horrible, but I have had better for the price. For the price the customer service is not up to par.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. They have the most rude workers I swear. They are never friendly and they always mess up your drinks and don’t even apologize when you tell them to fix it. Only thing I like here is the corn. They also used the give free boba and when we finally got our free drink after buying like 8 drinks, they said “oh we don’t do that anymore” after they have been punching our god damn card every time we come: I am tired of this place. Price went up, 9 bucks boba. Just go somewhere else.

I’m all about customer service. The Asian guy taking the order was like he didn’t want to work there. I didn’t know that they didn’t accept cash, so when I pulled out my money he said so unfriendly “we NO take cash” I was like oh ok and gave him my card. Then goes off to the back to make my order n comes back and says here and walks off. Talk about not being nice or have good customer service. The place was clean and neat but the restroom was dirty.

After seeing Zero Degrees on social media I was excited to try. While it didn't seem as great as it looked on social media, I still enjoyed the foot. But as time passes it gets worse. They changed the fries and its no longer the thin crispy ones but are now thick and mushy. Depending on what day or hour it is some of the employees are difficult to communicate with and get orders wrong.
