Zero Degrees

Second time coming here only because the drinks were good. But on this particular occasion I ordered my slush then waited, a non black woman and her child came in after me and ordered and took a while to order, but ended up getting the three drinks they ordered before I received my one slush. Supposedly the girl making the drinks mistakenly made me a Pina colada slush when I ordered something different, instead of correcting my order right away since I had already been waiting awhile she gave it to the lady after me which I suspect was part of her order anyway, and finished preparing her other two drinks handed all three of her drinks while I had to wait even longer for her to prepare my slush This is my last time going to this or any Zero Degrees. Should have read the reviews first.

03/28/2024 editLunch special is closer to 17$ now but the food quality almost makes it worth it.Thai tea and garlic noodles were awesome!Especially during $10 lunch special.

IF YOU ARE BLACK DO NOT EAT HERE!! They gave me undercooked chicken. I allowed them to remake it and they decided to be funny by trying to give me burned up chicken without an apology. When I asked for a refund the employee did not seemed concerned and smiled as if she was trying to be snarky. I tried looking for a cooperate number and it’s no where to be found on any website. I’m normally not the type to complain or send back food because I have worked fast food and I understand how hard customer service is. However, this felt like straight up racism because everyone else in the store (asian/white) seemed to be enjoying their food.

I have driven past this place many times. There never seems to be anyone there. I honestly did not even think the place was open. However, when I realized it was, I looked up the menu, and there were some interesting items. I prefer local businesses, so today, I decided to give it a try. BAD IDEA!!! Upon walking in, the guy at the counter did not even acknowledge us. I said hello. We ordered the garlic noodles and shrimp, as well as the wing combo. It took a good 15-20 minutes. While waiting, i noticed that they had a lunch special; tea or coffee with any combo. When our food finally was ready, I asked for a tea. The employee said that i ordered the combo, not the lunch special. My thought is, well if the lunch special is simply a combo with a beverage, wouldn't one think that I would want the beverage as well. Guess not. I asked him what the difference is, to which he replied, "the lunch special comes with a drink." No other difference. Okay. I left without the drink. We get home. The wings are very well done (BURNT) and were clearly made in old grease, which stunk up my vehicle., the shrimp is not peeled, nor devained. The pictures showed that the shrimp was peeled and devained. There is actual Sh** still in the shrimp. The Garlic noodles are basically butter noodles. Save the $10 and make them at home. The Elote' is corn with some mayonnaise. Awful customer service and food. Not wi know why it is never busy. Take a look at the pictures so you are aware I am not just being a KAREN.

This place used to be great, and now it's a disappointment. They literally made the serving size of the cup much small, with the same prices on the menu. I'm not coming back for drinks anymore

The drinks were good! But the food was horrible.. I got the garlic noodles and fried shrimp. The shrimp was rock hard with no flavor.. also got the hot Cheeto fries and they were cold and soggy. Very mall portions for a lot of money.. only to be disappointed. If your going to try it out get a drink!

The Cheelotes were not that warm, but the house garlic noodles were really fresh. Great portion sizes for sure. There were combo options too! It’s super cute and small, you can leave a personalized message!I got the strawberry limeade and my friend got the lychee strawberry slush w/ boba.Also they sell SUPER cute water bottles I will be back for one!

Well, the atmosphere is cool but then the employee's behind the counter are more worried about playing on there phones and SUPER LOW energy. Restrooms are out of order so don't think about being able to wash your hands. Looking at the windows nobody has cleaned them in awhile and the interior walls need to to be scrubbed clean super dirty. Ordering my food took forever for me be the only customer in the store. Probably not coming back. Sorry Zero Degrees.

Food & drinks are good ?? but the place is always dirty (tables from inside and outside) and messy as well, the staff (teenagers ?) seems to don't care the customers have to clean their own table to sit there and eat, barely can take a order properly (because the music is so laud) and don’t ask you what size you want your food they just give you whatever the want and later when ask for a refund they got mad.
