TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! THE CASHIER AND COWORKERS HAD A HORRIBLE ACTITUD. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING WE WANTED. THE CHICKEN TENDERS WE ORDERED WERE BURN AND THE CHEETOS FRIES WERE DISGUSTING!!! MY HUSBAND WENT TO TELL THEM THAT HIS FOOD WAS BAD AND THEY JUST STARTING LAUGHING AND TOLD HIM THAT THAT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM!!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE

We just moved here and I was really excited to see this place. Google said the place closed at 10 we arrived at 8:20 and the door said they closed at 9. No one greeted us or informed us the kitchen was closed while we looked at the menu and the music was extremely loud. My boyfriend asked if we could do to go because we didn’t wanna hold them up and a very rude cashier looked at him with a disgusted look and said what. And I asked if they do to go and she had an attitude with me as well and said the kitchen was closed and they were just making drinks. I also called yesterday and no one ever answered the phone I guess the entire staff is just lazy… will be trying this place just definitely a different location as all three female cashiers on the Sunday night shift we’re extremely rude and didn’t even speak to us.

This place wants the same as before when it first open, I ordered a Cold coffee but it was too sweet like they poured a whole cup of sugar into it and the place looks dirty as well like you can see the details of spots tables and counter having dirty spots. In my opinion just go to another cafe or tea house save your money and time.

When it first opened it was a pretty good place. As time went on they started hiring people who don’t want to work/ act like they’re at their house. Every time I go I get a worse experience, this last time one of the employees is just chilling by the tv with no shoes on stinking up the place with no a/c. Food is still decent but I hope corporate sees the reviews and replace these lazy kids.Highly recommend other locations like the willowbrook location if you want a heck of a better experience.

The customer service wasn't what I expected, it's my second time coming there and the first time was great because I was served with the drinks I asked for but on my second visit, they didn't have half of the drinks in the menu so we ordered off on what they had. Mango Green tea and Tiger Sugar Milk. Both didn't taste well and it was rushed and the lady that served me wasn't nice at all.

Worst location ever. Walked in on a hot day & AC is OFF. Idk if this is the owners fault but usually im sure they’re trying to save electricity but this isn’t it, you got about 10 people sweating bullets trying to their order. Second… this is a tea house? Yet there’s no milk tea? The most basic drink that you advertise as speciality, considering ok maybe sometimes supplies run out but? Idk worker doesn’t look she was having the best day either. I’d skip this location it’s gone down hill from the past year

Very plain and borderline tasteless. I ordered salt and pepper popcorn chicken (medium spice) and fries with Cajun seasoning…..there was no flavor on anything and no seasoning involved. The chicken looked and tasted like it was reheated, the fries were soggy and had no seasoning on them as ordered. I definitely don’t recommend and will not be returning, at least to this location.

If I could rate this place it would be a complete 0 for reasons that I have came here before when they first opened up and the customer service was great as time went on about a year or 2 later there were new employees who were teenagers they were completely a mess. Today I went in and I had the worst and most vulgar young lady take my order. A short young lady with green nails and claims to not know Spanish. Completely disrespected me. I will no longer be going this establishment for reasons that this is not the first time they have let me down. Food wise the corn with hot Cheetos is the only thing that is really good. Hope this helps others, not be disrespected as well

I went in for the first time & probably the last. My first impression walking in was how dingy the place looked. It just looked grimey, not to mention a red rope hanging off the front door that was brown from fifth. Secondly i ordered the strawberry horchata and unfortunately received what tasted like a watered down strawberry liquado. No horchata detected and I guess they sprinkled cinnamon on top which made it taste even more cheap. This place needs a revamp & if you plan on selling Mexican items do it right or leave it alone.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! My 1st time trying this place and if I could give a ZERO I would! My lemon pepper chicken is spoiled I could smell it the first bite in! Instantly disgusted. The popcorn check is too dry and the fries are way too salty. I have been calling the location for over an hour and no one answers the phone! Tried calling other locations to get to this location and they also do not answer their phones. Counting this as a lost, but will never eat here again.

The food here is good but it was a huge disappointment with the way the staff runs the kitchen. I came in 1 whole hour before closing time (they close at 8:45 and I came in at 7:30 is) and they said the kitchen was closed and being cleaned for closing time.. it was. A. Whole. 60+ minutes. Left. In. The. Shift. Yet the guy cleaning the back was walking back and forth with a broom in one hand and his eyes glued to the phone in the other. I understand wanting to leave work but c’mon, people come in during open and working hours to get the food /: overall disappointed with the service of the guys here.

This was our first time here and honestly it was not worth the $20+ that we spent. The shrimp and fries were too salty! It was inedible and unpleasant. We got 2 teas and they tasted old like it wasn’t made today. This is probably the last time we ever get Zero degrees food or drinks.
