Food is food. I love the basil hummus and avocado smash. I miss the lamb meatball appetizer, but this review is about SERVICE. Unfortunately, Zoe's has partnered with DoorDash to deliver their orders - which is not the local store's problem. DoorDash totally screwed us on delivery - AS USUAL. We got the runaround from DD - AS USUAL. Thomas and Greg at the Louetta Vintage location made it right. Not only did they refund our order, they made us the order all over again so that it was fresh and FREE to us. (I picked it up this time...) That was over the top. I tipped them the original cost of our order. In my humble option, DoorDash should be refunding BOTH meals to Zoe's since Zoe's had to eat one of those. Kudos to the staff at Zoe's Kitchen- Vintage! In other news, DoorDash is trash. (I just realized what a nice ring that has to it. I should write slogans.)

We regularly order food for the office & Zoe's is one of our top choices for small or large groups. The food is always fresh and so delicious. My favorites are any of the soups & chicken kabobs. We get a variety of the kabobs & sides for the office which is always a hit. They are so helpful & accommodating. Quick service and a very nice surprise when we get extras like cookies the last couple of times :) Recently had a 3rd party delivery issue but they redid the order & delivered it right away. I appreciated this so much!Thank you Craig, Sam & your staff for such excellent food and great service!!! ~ Anna E

I placed an order thru the telephone and was greeted by someone named "Jennifer". As I ordered she assisted me by giving me feedback and let me know what would be coming with my order. Seeing how it was a large order knowing that certain items were available to be customized due to my families dietary needs was extremely helpful. Never once did she become rude or sound as if I was asking to many questions. After placing my order I felt confident that everything would be made just the way I wanted as she took her time to repeat back the order even with all it's modifications and still be polite. When I arrived to their "pick-up" parking I telephoned and was told that my order was coming out shortly. About 2-3 minutes later I was able to meet "Jennifer" in person and she again confirmed everything on my order with a smile. I wish more people would be as polite and respectful as she was. Thank you for putting me in a good mood "Jennifer" you fully made my day and my family a regular customer of Zoe's Kitchen. ?

Upon entering I was greeted with someone with saying "Welcome to Zoe's" and I felt like I actually was unlike their competitors who just want to know your order and be done with you. When ordering I was attended to by "Jennifer" who apparently was the one who issued the greeting. She took her time to explain my order and offered her insight on what she enjoyed off the menu. Furthermore she repeated back my order to make sure she had it down correctly. When my meal was ready instead of hollering out a number again she and her fellow teammates brought it to me and made sure it was correct. Wow, thank you for going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be back with my family for dinner. Thank you Jennifer you and your fellow coworkers made my day. ??

My fist time there and Sam recommended the combo kabobs with roasted veggies and chicken salad so that I wouldn't break my keto diet. He nailed it. I got the salmon and spicy chicken kabobs(not very spicy at all) Great food, nice employees. Definitely be going back.

Did I miss something? I used to come in Tuesday nights and was always greeted warmly by a trio of young adults. Only I noticed that for the last few times now that one of the cashier 's has been replaced by an older woman who is anything but. She was very brisk with me and her coworkers when I asked about the other cashier. For whatever reason she doesn't like to answer my questions or concerns about the menu. I understand that I might be a little slower to order but the blatant hostile attitude is a big turn off for me and my family. Bring back the other cashier that actually cared and to the other cashier's I really appreciate you thank you. To the grouchy older woman you have a lot to learn about customer service and your coworkers.

First time to visit and it didn't disappoint. If you're into Mediterranean diet, this is the place for you. Healthy and savory dish is what you'll get.I got the kebab combo, salmon and beef kebab; side of roasted veggies and cauli rice. Everything's seasoned just right ✅.Place is clean, great ambience, professional staff, topped off with awesome food! What more could you ask for? Price is reasonable too.Kudos to Zoes Kitchens.

Went there for lunch today with my wife. A lady was working next to a trainee on the register. When he made a couple mistakes with our order we politely asked a couple questions and clarified what we ordered. She pulled her mask down and responded rudely about him being a trainee. The trainee was polite and not offended by us clarifying our order, however she was not. Had she been doing her job she would have noticed his minor mistakes. The service is also very slow at this location. Today was my last time at this location.

How do you spell SOLUTION for weekday lunch for work-from-home couple, parents visiting for the holidays AND inherited nieces over Christmas break? SAM! He was patient and helpful in creating a special order for me... for THE WIN! As usual, the food was fresh & delicious, satisfying the entire bunch!!
