We went to Zoes tonight, ordered dine in at 6:10 and we had to ask for our food at 6:40. Restaurant was nearly empty. We had a 7:00 appointment across the street and my wife did not have time to finish. Empty restaurants at dinner time should be a KPI.

Burnt to a crisp LITERALLY! I have my reps order Zoe’s Kitchen all the time in Bellaire and thought it would be just as good w Uber Eats near my house… worse mistake ever! BEYOND upset! I will NO longer order from this company for my office! I paid extra for the beef and it was burned so badly it wasn’t even edible. So upset

Customer service is excellent and food is made in a timely manner.The quality of the Lamb is extremely poor.I had the lamb pita and the lamb is horrendous, definitelynot worth 5$ let alone almost $12.Management should definitely look into their meat quality.

I’m so disappointed with the quality recently. We ordered kebab dishes twice in the past month and both times we got less than half the normal amount of meat and sides. It looked more like a kids meal size. Definitely don’t recommend.

I got to this zoe’s kitchen at 12:18, and didn’t get my food until 12:58, and it wasn’t delivered to me i had to ASK for it. The man working with serving the food had a bunch of plates sitting cold and not delivering them to a table. They had to go back and re hear my food just for it to be freezing cold still. There are multiple people who have been left empty handed for 30 mins or more waiting for there food to arrive to them. do not come here anyless u want to waste time on cold food

Zoe's kitchen is not what it used to be. My family and I went there and left completely disappointed. The wait time to get our food was about 30 mins and we were the only customers in the restaurant. This is a picture of the saddest grilled cheese sandwich I've seen. I don't think I'll be going back.
I placed an order using the Zoe’s website for delivery on 8/17. The order was received via DoorDash but one of the items (a pint of chicken salad) was missing. I called the 4000 Washington store to report this and was told I would have to work with DoorDash to receive a refund (which makes no sense because the error occurred at the store and the order was placed through the Zoe’s website directly). None of the DoorDash related links I received in connection with this order gave any ability to report an item missing. I contacted Zoe’s Kitchen via the website and no one has followed-up despite the “Thanks so much! We will be in touch soon” message that I received. Disappointing!!!
