The food is great here, and the staff is very attentive and not stingy. I especially like the Casablanca bowl (sub chicken for lamb, extra garlic aioli), though I hear that their pita sandwiches are great too. Locations are greatly placed, and service is almost always speedy.

Extremely disappointed in them capping the add ons to 6. Zoa was always pricey (~$18) per bowl but was previously justified by the add ons. With the cap you hardly get anything. Lost a loyal customer.

Edit: no notification of price changes was sent to regulars. First mistake.
First, any time I come and I've been several times, there's barely any business. It's always dead. The place next to it gets most of the patrons. Which belongs to the same company group.
I use to love this place and now I'm never coming back. The new girl or whatever Roxanne gives the most skimpy portions as if the sides aren't already small. She tries to give you 1/2 of the scoop as if she's paying for it. 1tbs is not a side portion. Just like Chipotle, Dueces. I'll take my money elsewhere.

I’ve been going to one of the other locations since they opened and this one now since they opened. Absolutely delicious! The food is so flavorful and diverse and healthy & each individual dish that I add to my bowl has so much flavor. The employees are absolutely just precious. I always have a nice time chitchatting with them. The restaurant is super clean and very ideal for take away (to go). I usually go here every Saturday and pick up a bowl to eat on Sunday lol

READ ME_THEY CHANGED!!!
Limit of 6 sides/toppings, it was not written anywhere until the worker said its a new rule and limited my toppings to only 6 choices. I want to have variety in my bowls. Ridiculous, and all for the same price as before.
I am paying more money for quality ingredients than eating at other restaurants, and y'all have the galls to limit my choices?
Why are y'all being so stingy with the food?
Shame and more shame, your mothers and their mothers would be very ashamed for your decision to limit toppings.
Or, change your business model to sell by weight to be more transparent, like those froyo places, but denying customers food toppings, especially when this arbitrary policy is not written anywhere is deceptive.
I can no longer eat here due to your poor business decision.
I strongly recommend to take your business elsewhere.

This place is quickly becoming a disappointment. The quality of the food has regressed, while the prices outweigh the taste and quality. The chicken is always cold. Plus, you now have to pay .75 for every additional topping on top of already paying too much for the amount of protein and toppings given. It used to be my favorite quick and casual eatery, but their business practices and quality have me second guessing that.

I’ve been coming to Zoa since they first opened and go a few times a month. Service is always really nice, the lady with the glasses is so sweet! Today I noticed that the portions in my bowl were significantly smaller and based on recent reviews, I’m not alone. AND they changed unlimited toppings to 4 toppings with extra at a cost. The food quality is delicious and fresh, but I’m honestly put off by this new change. Feels like a way for management/corporate to save money while shorting the customer, and I’m not sure if I’ll be returning as regularly.

The food taste good but the portions are quite small. They don’t fill up the bowl if you do mobile orders I guess

The food here is fantastic, but the portions aren't big enough for thr money in my opinion. We bought three different bowls, woth a mix of the proteins.
The chicken was crazy flavorful and juicy, perfectly cooked. The other proteins were pretty good too but the chicken stood out. I got double chicken, but the portion was pitiful, I have to say.
Pile on condiments and other toppings to get the most for your money.

Very friendly people! Nice cafe-like atmosphere to sit out on a nice day. Food was alright- authentic flavors but lamb was a little tough. I think cava is similar style but directionally better food
