the one located at 8610 airport blvd Houston Texas, will not answer their telephone. each time I call I am sent to voicemail. I bought a few items there today and the girl charged me 3 dollars more than she should have. A good thing I got my receipt otherwise I couldn't have proven it. I won't be back in Houston until the 18th of January, and yes I want my money back. they will not answer the phone and sending an email on the main site doesn't work either. what a way to treat your customer, I do not recommend this location on airport blvd in Houston

Yesterday, October 13, 2024, at approximately 2 pm, I had an extremely upsetting encounter with a Pitstop Express employee at the store located at the corner of Fairmont Parkway and Allen Genoa in Pasadena, Texas. My 8 year old grandson fell ill and, unfortunately, threw up twice in the store. After the first incident, when my grandson warned me it was about to happen again, I asked where the restroom was and was told it was out of order. The employee immediately started yelling at me..TELLING (not asking) me to clean it up. The employee (she would not tell me her name)kept yelling at me to clean it up, that she did not make enough money to clean up messes, and eventually told me to leave the store and never came back. Additionally, as I had purchased gas, I attempted to pump the gas, unsuccessfully, and told her so. She showed me her phone, saying the pump was operating. I tried again, still unsuccessfully. She again yelled at me, telling me I was stupid. I eventually figured out the pump handle had a button that had to be pushed before gas would flow—I had never encountered that set up so I was not familiar with that mechanism. After I filled my tank, I had to return to get my change. She literally tossed it to me and told me to leave and never return to the store. My grandson was extremely upset at the yelling and was “scared grandma was going to jail” (his exact words). This employee should NEVER work with the public—an employee should not yell at customers and TELL them to clean something up. This encounter was completely out of line, and your employee should be severely reprimanded and/or released from her position—-no customer ever should have to deal with verbal abuse, especially in front of a child who was already mortified because he had thrown up. I hope I get a response to this communication. Kaye Clinard 832-748-7245
The female cashier is abusive towards children and elderly ladies. Just horrible service, threatening to call the police because a child vomited, no compassion or kindness for a suffering child. screaming she did not make enough money to deal with *shit* like this. Manager needs to retrain her in customer service, because she will drive customer away with her horrible attitude.
