Good old fashioned BBQ. We were on a road trip and we’re hungry for BBQ. So we were happy to find this place. We had sliced brisket. Good service and good food. It’s in a good trailer but they have picnic tables to eat on which is nice.
I was in Hubbard seeing a patient and the family brought in some BBQ while I was there. It smelled amazing, so I decided to stop and get a plate to take home for dinner. Best decision I could have made! I ordered a Jumbo Plate, which comes with your choice of 3 meats, 2 sides, 2 slices of bread, thinly sliced onion and pickles and 2 sides of BBQ sauce. Due to it being late in the day, they were out of sausage links, ribs and chicken, so I ordered Chopped Brisket, Sliced Brisket...
