I loved Cheddar's when they first opened in Hudson Oaks. We always order to go and maybe that's the problem. 8 times out of 10 there was something missing in my order. I suppose whoever's cooking is where a difference comes in. Sometimes good sometimes not so good. My last order of spasagna - spaghetti and lasagna - was absolutely horrible! It was overcooked and so dry it was hard to eat. No I did not call them about it because I've called so many times I'm just embarrassed to call again. I think that was my last trip to Cheddar's.

The hostess (blond with glasses) was rude. She basically threw the menus down, enjoy and walked away. She had a hateful attitude. It's difficult to explain- but I suggest she not be the greeter. Our waiter was kind but drinks, Croissants and food were slooooowwww to come out. Overall just not a good experience at this location.

I ordered pickup and brought my meal home. Had I eaten there my cheeseburger would have been sent back. It is burned. The other half is still in the container. It was supposed to have been dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow.

To start of my water glass was dirty. Then when asked for a Ceasar salad with grilled chicken on and confused the waitress so ended up with house salads and Ceasar dressing still was okay till the 6 Oz steak was supposed to be med rare and it came out rare after cutting decided we were able to eat it that way asked for it to be cooked right and was given back the same steak scorched. The best part of the while experience was the lady that greater and sat us the rest was an I am never going back to this cheddar again.

Our waiters name was Logan and he was amazing he was very attentive and got our food out promptly checking back and removing plates on point. The food was excellent that atmosphere was fun and clean definitely will be back.. and the painkiller drink was excellent

Serenity our server was the best. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and kind. We had a minor hiccup and she immediately informed us and apologized - even though it wasn't her fault. Serenity is quality in professionalism and friendliness.
