First time here, and wow.. the vibe was absolutely fantastic! The food? Even better than I expected. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Next stop is the Arlington, Texas location can’t wait to see if it’s just as amazing!

We were told when we arrived at 7:13pm that it would be 15-20 minutes wait time. We weren’t seated until after the allotted time and when we were seated, three other tables around us sat down after us and were served before we were. We waited 20 minutes before leaving, without any communication from a waiter regarding service. Will not be coming back. I completely understand that restaurants get busy, but the lack of communication and serving of tables that were seated after us did not sit well with our party.

The manager, James is AMAZING!! I had a little misunderstanding in my order, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. 10/10 recommend!

Very disappointed. Salsa was good,queso was good but my chicken enchiladas were cold. I told the waitress she brought me a new plate and they were still cold. Only my rice and beans were hot. Then the waitress tried to charge me for both plates even though she took the first one back. Won’t be going back.

On Sunday I drove home to Central Texas from North of Dallas, and a remarkable encounter at Hudson Park Chuy's left a lasting impression. Although I wasn't dressed to dine in, I picked up a To Go order and was treated to exceptionally kind words from the lady who helped me, transforming a long drive across Texas into a brighter, more uplifting experience. Her fantastic customer service was a shining example of the impact one person can have on another.

We placed a to go order at 8:39 with an estimated pickup of 8:57. At 9:10 we had to call and speak to a manager to have them get our order. We ordered tortillas and some chips and dip. Absolutely ridiculous.
On prior visits, the service inside was slow but pleasant enough and food was decent. I truly believe they saw that we didn't tip for a TOGO order of chips and dip and chose not to process the order in a timely manner. This is a great way to ensure you get none of my business.
