Shay doesn’t want to do his job for some reason. 30 minutes before closing Shay had his friend who was in a cop car sitting in the drive through window for as long as possible and made him light us up so we were blinded just to make us leave. We sat there long enough that he waved his friend off and finally served us. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting in line after his friend was served. They were trying to waste time until it was closed so he didn’t have to serve us or the cars behind us.

We are long-time customers but we got very frustrated this Sunday when the lines were not observed as who arrived first to be served accordingly. About 5 cars got in front of us because they got in another lane where a server came first and faster. It is not just about us as a family. It is about all the other cars and families that were in front of us. It is about respect for your customers. I could open my door and make a scene yes. But not in these days where anyone in Texas can have a gun and God knows what can happen plus it is not my job to do your job. I love Dutch Bros. I love the service and staff. Just please management and Corporate, this is an easy fix. Easy y'all’s brain and fix it! WOW, your customers and customer satisfaction goals that I know you have!
Btw, I just saw that the owner doesn't take any ownership whatsoever. They just copy and paste an email to forward the feedback which I call a COMPLAINT. I will do that since there's no management at the shop sadly.
Parking: Be careful because they don't follow a fair line according to who comes first.

This is the SLOWEST DRIVE THRU IN AMERICA! Unbelievably bad - and its been bad since it opened over 2 years ago...with no improvement.
Seriously- expect to wait 40-45mins if the line is only 1/3 full...AND this has got to be the dumbest drive thru concept in america... 3 Cement block drive thru lanes.. that TRAPPED you so you cant leave ......Oh they have an app...but
cant seem to execute on it- its a running joke/game - with friends and family and were 1 out of 6 on that .. Everytime we expect to have our drink ready after ordering online... --- walk to the window - they say their making it now (AFTER ordering 20mins ago!!). Not a knock on the employees working there-all good people - but a DIRECT one on the MANAGEMENT or lack there of... - Again Great Product, Drinks are undeniably good - but if there are more than a few cars in line go to Starbucks across the street unless you enjoy 45-55mins in line. Yup its that bad - LoL!

I love dutch bros coffee, but this is the slowest location in the history of all dutch bros. I have never come thru in less than 20 minutes, with the average time to get a single drink here taking over 45 minutes. What are yall doing? They have one employee with 15 cars lined up - what is happening in there? I have never had this experience at any other dutch bros, but this location is so poorly managed that it takes a century to ever get a drink here. Coffee is delicious if you have a spare hour. You'd be better off driving to white settlement and coming back - you'd get your drink faster.

Not only have I worked for the company so I understand the expectations, but I’m also from the NW and know they would be appalled by the service, drink quality, and timeliness of an order. Whether there’s cars in line or not it always takes AT LEAST 20min to get a drink.

Do not order any rebel drinks from this location as light ice or no ice. Instead of giving you light ice or no ice they will charge you 4$ more and just add more rebel energy to the drink making it taste like garbage with no ice or they will just give you a full cup of ice still. Dutch bros will also fail to tell you this before you get to the window to pay that it will be extra for light ice or no ice. Also just an FYI they used to not charge for light ice in their rebel drink and now they do. I got charged 13.75$ for a light ice peach ring rebel large sized and still received a full cup of ice. The price of the drink has never been that high and they used to make it perfect Everytime I definitely won't be coming back. Food 5/5 Drinks 0/5 Atmosphere and customer service 0/5
