Today one of the Vanilla cappuccinos was undrinkable. It was filled to the brim, no foam and there was so much milk that I couldn't taste the Expresso or the Vanilla syrup. I paid $9 for it. Several other past orders have also had similar issues. I always order the same things daily via Doordash so I can't address this issue with the store in person. Ii order the same thing everyday. Some days the cappuccinos are made well and are enjoyable. It seems inconsistencies with the way to make the CAPPUCCINOS are the issue..I really hope the issue can be resolved or I'll have to order from a different location. It's too expensive to keep this up. Thanks for listening.

She handed me 3 straws throughout the entire process completely oblivious to what she was doing. Handed me a drink with coffee dripping allll down the sides. I don't even mean a lil drop I mean dripping down. Stained my jeans and I had to ask for a napkin and she was very attitudey about it. Like it was an imposition to hand me a napkin! Before she even handed me the drink I saw her putting the whip cream on top but when she put the lid on a lil extra came out the top ( I wouldn't of minded) except she took her bare finger and whiped the top access whip cream off the top of my cup into the trash. Gross. Like your finger was in my drink and I don't know what you have. Definitely a healthcode violation. She did not seem to care that I watched her do it!

I wish the order takers would listen so you don't feel like an idiot asking for something you ordered that they entered wrong. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was surprisingly very good. Unfortunately, I didn't get my receipt but she was sure to ask for a tip. I am over being asked for tips by people making a good wage and barely doing their jobs.

I went inside today before work and had a very unpleasant experience. I love starbucks and go super often and have never had issues so I was very very surprised. My drink took almost 50 minutes to come out. After 30 I went to the guy at the front and asked if maybe they had forgotten my drink (they were pretty busy so I understand) and he said no, they were just busy. I saw multiple people that ordered after me getting their drinks. After 10 more minutes I ask a lady who is making coffee about my order, and she said she already made it. I was frustrated but I was still trying to be sweet and I said, "well maybe someone took it by accident because I didnt get it" (I was sitting right by the counter so I know she hadn't put it there). I even showed her the receipt on my phone. She got super pissy and just ignored me. I sat back down. She made it in about 30 seconds. She said "here's your drink" and rolled her eyes at me. I said thank you, no response from anyone. I walked out feeling really upset. Ive been having a hard week and this just didnt help. I got the sugarcookie almondmilk latte, my new seasonal favorite. I opened it to find no sprinkles on top. There was also no sticker on the cup since it had been lost, and I'm lactose intolerant, so the entire time I was scared it wasn't almond milk. I'm the last person to be petty about someone being rude to me, I understand that on a busy day its easy to get frustrated, but it really was not an appropriate response, since it wasn't my fault at all and I was simply missing my order. I was pissed to say the least. I think starbucks as a chain has a high standard and my experience today was far from that. I probably won't go to this location again.

I recently just started coming here and was so impressed with how my drink is made to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION every single time! And the people taking my order/giving me my drink are always so sweet! You can tell they love what they do with the effort they put in. And I might add this is the fastest starbucks line I've ever been in too! Keep up the good work!

Had to get my coffee remade this morning (09/09/24 @ 7:20ish AM) because it was very melted, the girl at the window was very rude and gave me a really dirty look as if she thought I was lying even though I told her I could give her the coffee back and she’d be able to see it was clearly melted. She may have not been able to see it over her spider lashes though.
