I love me some Taco Bell, but yesterday it was disgusting. I got a protein chicken box thing. Rice was hard as a rock, black beans were hard and disgusting. My husband got a Mexican pizza. DISGUSTING ? IT tasted like everything was old or cooked in old oil. I don’t know. BUT GET IT TOGETHER #

This one doesnt sell food. Placed an order on the kiosk, cash. Was acknowledged but not helped by two female employees. Ignored. Third strike you're out. Close this place down, they treat customers disrespectfully.
The food is good considering it's fast food. But they were out of diet coke again. What fast food continues to run out of diet coke. This is the 3rd time. The last time they ran out of tea! The workers were polite.
all I gotta say is I love that taco bell made up breakfast options on their menu. The breakfast is great but all in all its taco bell if you don't like taco bell then ?you. ?

I wouldn't recommend using the drive through. You'll pay full price and only get 3/4 of what you ordered (and half of that will be wrong). I've lost count how many times they've not given me everything.

Every time I order food, the cooks get it wrong. This is the 3rd time in a row they got my food. I ordered extra chicken and was given the bormal amount, if not less. Check your food if you stop here, and I suggest going somewhere else.
There is a Male shift MHMR there whose a thin African American with long hair, and needs to pull up his pants that should not be in that position. He was verbally aggressive towards his staff, one a new hire, and the other punched out to leave to get away from him...he chased her out to parking lot and wouldn't let her leave. She was crying, bless her. The system was having issues and it threw orders into chaos. I was there to pick up a delivery order, a few customers had come into the store because their orders were wrong. One gentleman and his family waited for inside dining for over 45 minutes for the food. No one would come to front counter to help anyone, especially that shift manager. It was a really bad experience. If your having issues with keeping good staff, then you should look at your management. This young man had very long hair. Very unprofessional.

It was at least the third time I’ve tried to go in and order food at this Taco Bell. Same big guy at the front with a beard is extremely rude. Pretty much told me I could use the kiosk or leave and there wasn’t one customer in the drive-through or in front of me. However, they sure had time to laugh and talk in the back and playing jokes in the kitchen. I’ll never go back to this Taco Bell again!

Worst taco bell ever, girl with purple was so rude, no eye contact, no thanks, nothing. we didn't get half our order and no one would even answer the phone when I called to let them know. Hope this one shuts down bc looks like multiple people have complained about one specific purple haired person and they are still out here messing up people's nights (it was my child's food that wasn't included).
