Hudson Oaks is our favorite spot!! The staff is always welcoming. Our food is always hot and good. And the ketchup packets are always lined up neatly in the container. It’s not a big deal if they were but it shows the care and pride of the staff.
I am a local dasher, and never have I ever felt so disrespected by a restaurant worker and to be treated as if I were a child. This woman was very unprofessional and was was yelling at me because I wasn’t sure if this order came with a drink or not. Which then escalated to her yelling “her policy she has for DoorDash drivers” stating I am not allowed to leave the store without her watching me confirn the order.

I have been buying Wing Stop wings for 2+ years and I have never had an order completely correct when I arrived to pick it up, until I went to the Wing Stop in Hudson Oaks. The cooking time I requested was perfect, the food was ready to go. I was totally impressed! I will be back for more.

placed a to-go order, went to the store & sat there & watched the lady behind the counter throw my food around while looking for someone else’s, guess she didn’t realize I was right there.got the food & the fries were cold out of the bag. whoever boxed the wings was on something else. ordered two 20 count orders, there were two boxes with 10 wings in them, one with 15 & one with 5. no rhyme or reason as to how it was boxed i have no idea what they were thinking. not to mention, the wings are all half sauced on one side & the other side is completely dry. most of the wings that are supposed to be dry rub have more grease than breading on them. there’s practically no seasoning on most of the wings, so i basically just got unseasoned chicken nuggets soaking in a layer of fryer grease. gross.called the store to say something & they just said “i’ll let her know” in regards to the person in charge of the kitchen.i most likely will not be back, this is completely unacceptable for the amount of money that was spent. gross.
