placed a to-go order, went to the store & sat there & watched the lady behind the counter throw my food around while looking for someone else’s, guess she didn’t realize I was right there.got the food & the fries were cold out of the bag. whoever boxed the wings was on something else. ordered two 20 count orders, there were two boxes with 10 wings in them, one with 15 & one with 5. no rhyme or reason as to how it was boxed i have no idea what they were thinking. not to mention, the wings are all half sauced on one side & the other side is completely dry. most of the wings that are supposed to be dry rub have more grease than breading on them. there’s practically no seasoning on most of the wings, so i basically just got unseasoned chicken nuggets soaking in a layer of fryer grease. gross.called the store to say something & they just said “i’ll let her know” in regards to the person in charge of the kitchen.i most likely will not be back, this is completely unacceptable for the amount of money that was spent. gross.

My first time at this location and let me just say....WOW!!!!! Def one of the top notch locations I've ever been to! The wings were PERFECT!! I ordered online with a gift card and it was hot and ready when I got there! I didn't even have to wait! They even hooked it up with some extra wings too! Totally worth every cent that I paid. Keep up the 5 star work wingstop!

It took over 30 minutes for them to make my doordash order. They two employees managing the front were on their phones and chatting. I was the only person to wait on my order, Other people that walked in after me got their order 5 minutes later. My order wasn't even a big order. ?

I usually go to the location in white settlement mostly due to the fact that every time I go to this location my food is always lackluster. I always get dry rubs and for whatever reason this location delivers the food the chicken is wet and all the rub is pretty much washed off and sitting in fluid at the bottom of the basket. They seem to struggle to do a dry rub correctly at this location.

My fiancé and I went into this particular location and it was a great experience. We were helped by Jonathan who was very personable and kind throughout the ordering process. The team worked quickly to get us our food within a reasonable time and made us feel welcomed in the establishment although they were closing soon. Will definitely be returning soon!

Don’t order here. The wings lack flavor. We ordered lemon pepper which tasted like mild hot chicken wings, cowboy hot that was just buffalo hot sauce and hickory bbq that was lacking hickory. Worst experience at a Wingstop.
Ordered wing stop for the first time. I ordered 40 wings for 5 of us. The wing sizes were not consistent. Some were good-sized, others were small. All the flavors were pretty good. My favorite were the mango habanero. Also ordered cheese fries and they had a decent amount of cheese, but I'll order extra next time. We sat and waited for our order for 20 minutes.
