It used to be an awesome place(one of my favorites), not anymore. About a year ago portions got smaller and food quality went to drain. I used to be a patron for about 4 years. Stopped going there. Now it is just below average. Very sad.
We HIGHLY recommend to seat down and enjoy an authentic Tex-Mex experience! Very friendly and welcoming staff and management as soon you walk in into the restaurant. Our family were traveling back to Brownsville, Tx and can attest their food is amazing and authentic! Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars !
We came in evening time around 5 p.m. (slower time I'd say) and we were seated at our desired spot. Warm chips and good salsa came right out after waitress asks what kind of drinks we wanted. Drinks came right out after that and then we ordered. I was told the enchiladas were good and my chimichanga was pretty good. Nice and buttery flavor that complimented the sides.
