I went about a week ago and the lady went out of her way to be extremely rude! And then I went again tonight, I was the ONLY car in the parking lot and I pressed the button, turned around to make sure the kids still wanted what they told me they did and then I went to order and he goes “ ma’am we have other orders to take press the button when you are actually ready” so I said “ I am ready” and he disconnected from the monitor. Waited ten min for food. Got order wrong. They gave no cheese sauce for pretzel or any condiments. The inside was nasty dirty and employees standing around.
