I come here alot since it's close by and it's always good service the drinks are good and it's always playing good music I love coming here

Great customer service! I ordered a Sour Apple snowball and it was everything I thought it would be. I'll definitely order it again.

Shaved ice at work?? Yes please!! Today my department had a snow cone party hosted by Bahama Bucks of Atascocita. Taylor/Tay came out and served our entire department (And we are a BIG department) with a smile and the most pleasant personality in the room! Everything was great, and it was such a nice break midday. Thanks for sending your A-Team employee, Taylor is the best, she's sweet, friendly and very knowledgable about Bahama Bucks. She is a keeper! Thank you Taylor- your personality will serve you well in life, you are wonderful! :)

Zoe made my snow cone taste like booty. She was also very rude and wouldn't let me have a snow cone with melted ice.

Pulled in and was wondering why there was no long line like there was years ago, quickly found out why, Rude drive through lady, seemed like she hates the job. Rude staff. Not what it used to be.

Quick fast easy service with customizable options for any taste: highly recommend their “flat top” snow cones especially if you are taking advantage of their drive through (less likely to spill). They have slushy, milkshakes, lime aids and more!

Employees are rude. Most employees were in the back on their phones. Employees were also arguing with each other in front of customers.

The shaved ice didn’t have any flavor. We got guava, coconut, mango, and extreme mango and they were all subpar. My extreme mangonada tasted like freezer burn. Very disappointing.

Would've given 5 stars because my kid and I love this place! But there is a difference in morale and quality when the younger staff is there. Unfortunately, my son doesn't get out of school until the younger staff is there, so quality is a hit or miss. I don't know why we sometimes experience a salty taste, but I know it only happens when the younger staff is there. During our last visit, they didn't add enough syrup, so we had pockets of ice throughout the cone. Otherwise, we love the flavors offered!

So we went to this location like we usually do every so often, they are always slow, no matter what, no line, big line, doesn’t matter, they will take they’re sweet time with it. Anyways, we get there, we are the only ones there period, inside and out, we order in the drive thru, one dreamsicle, nothing difficult, then another car does eventually pull up behind ours, so there was us and one other car all together, also let me not forget to mention, at least 3-4 employees visible out in the front behind the counter. They take they’re sweet time making our one thing we ordered, like usual, and we were very shocked to see that the first spoon scoop into the dreamsicle snow cone, there was JUST ALL ICE UNDERNEATH!!! They only BARELY coated the top with the syrup, so we’re scooping at the snow cone just to see if maybe it was only a little ice underneath, but no, they were lazy and careless and did not give us what we paid for (which isn’t cheap for what it is) so we go back to show them and have them make us a new one or give us our money back, the black girl there was the one making them, and she gave my husband a nasty look the second he even walked in, he explained that he had just went through the drive thru and that there was no flavor in it and asked if he could get a new one, and the Hispanic girl at the counter with dark medium length hair in a braid told him “Um, we can’t remake this, we don’t do that here, but we’ll put more flavoring in it” like girl what do you mean yall “don’t do that” I’ve had a few snow cones remade for us in the past, not very often at all, but I’ve always had a wrong order remade, like a professional would. So between the time it took, the wrong order, the laziness, the attitudes, nasty looks, and possible false information just to do less work, I would give zero stars if I could, this was my last straw with this location. And you all were lucky it wasn’t the wife that came in there with him.
