Was pretty busy when I went. I tried ordering drinks at bar, but was told a server would come get our drink order. We got our first round only after the waitress forgot about us. then later in the night i tried to order from her again, waited almost an hr before I gave up and went to the bar. just for the bartender to tell me she can’t serve anything past 1:45. wont be going back.

It was nice being able to take my kids to a place to play pool. We were told that by 9pm we had to leave though which is fine! The drink I had was good and brought to the table very quickly. All in all it was a fun place to take the kids!!

I’ve been visiting barney’s for like 2 years now and never had an issue until today, I dont even remember the name of my server but I had to ask her for my tajin and salt 4 times then she came back saying she was high??? Like ok wtvr but don’t tell me? And then at the moment of check out it was $86 and didn’t even drank that much. She was charging me 2 buckets. My total was 55. I decided not to tip her because ain’t no way. Then she had the audacity to chase me to the door and asked me if there was anything wrong with the service? Girl? Cmon now …

I frequented thins place for years, long ago. Service is not very good anymore. We waited a while for our drinks every time and on the waitresses way back she really had the audacity to ask others around up if they were okay or needed anything BEFORE handing us our drink. Vibes were good from the people at the pool tables near us. Karaoke honestly kind of sucked. I was thinking there was a click of people that were the only ones singing. I was there 2 hours and was only able to sing one song. My main issue that sent me here is that I was charged 2 additional sodas for my refills? What the heck is that? Every other place does free refills and as a server at bars I always gave the DD FREE soda all night. Like “yes please keep others safe and my license safe taking the drinkers home, thanks!” I was genuinely shocked by that. My husband didn’t want to tip at all; had this not happened it most definitely would have been more than the 20% I left. Seriously this is not normal it’s crazy to me. If it’s going to be like that maybe tell the person because WOW! What a surprise.

Sound guy with long grey hair in charge of the karaoke told my girlfriend which is a regular that she looks like a girl that he found on Facebook, a girl that he said does twerking on videos. He said “oh it’s a compliment you’re very pretty”. She was just asking for a song to sing. Couple minutes went by he called her again, to show her the girl on his computer touched her arm and said the same thing again. Weirdo, never coming back

Dont go to this place they will keep your credit card make a bunch of charges then when you complain about the service they will call the police on you stay away Jennifer the so called manager should be fired no clue about custermer service.
