Management should know the service at this location is not good.

The ice is always great! I never had any issues with this location.

Just left this store, the service was spectacular Isaac was very kind and helpful. I got 2 scoops on a sugar cone, usually many people get upset about giving me 2 scoops on a sugar cone, truthfully im not cheap I just don’t want a big ol cone. He gave it to me with a smile on his face.

What a great experience. Carter helped my son select the perfect ice cream. We can’t wait to come here again. Baskin Robbin’s rocks

I was the first customer of the day, yet the employee treated me like a fool just because I took my time choosing a cake?? Less than 5min and I was the only person there. Then judged what candles I was trying to purchase and pushed me to spend less money for some dumb reason.
Thought the purpose of a business was to sell and make money, but I guess not for your staff. Never coming back.

Staff turned rude once 1st transaction went thru and needed to buy a 2nd item so had to be rung up again. I had just given the girl a big tip bc she was by herself and no more customers. How does a customers become a burden? For giving you even more money? Not coming again.

Drove here from 15 mins away. When i got there 15 mins before closing time, they said we are closed and could not take my order. Even though it said they closed at 10pm.
Update your timings! Do not waste people's time please

I was just at the Baskin Robins today in Atascocita, TX. I had a problem with my gift card. When I went home to check my balance the $10.00 was on the card. The manager and her employees are incompetent. They have no idea what they are doing. They can't do anything right but scope ice cream in a cone. The manager should not even have the position. Training needs to be done. This is a sad excuse for management and a despicable site indeed. My experiences here just keep getting worse.

Ice cream for three waffle cones should not cost $18.45 at that cost I could had gotten several ice creams cartons at the grocery store! I’m also super disappointed that my waffle cone fell to pieces while I was holding it and just kept falling to pieces so much to where I could not enjoy it, then when I got to the bottom I noticed the cone was glued on the paper of the cone so I didn’t even bother trying to eat that part. Next time you want a tasty treat try “Pop” they don’t really have ice cream but they make some really delicious sweet drinks and cookies and you can get way more for your money there.

They don’t listen. Rude. Waste of money.

The Baker, who was supposed to do my cake I had ordered it online and when I picked it up, it wasn’t ready. She hasn’t even done it and my son‘s party was already starting soon. She wouldn’t do anything to help me. I was so upset because I ordered ahead of time expecting it to be ready For my since 13th birthday party. He was sad. He picked out the cake online so we had to get whatever cake they had.
