I arrived at the store to pick up an online order cake, all to find out my order got removed from the system allegedly by an inexperienced new hire. To compensate for their team member's mistake, the staff members were in a rush to make my cake. They were able to complete the cake within an hour as promised. However, when my wife and daughter ate the cake, they found pieces of cake wraps inside the cake (see attached picture). Overall, the entire process was extremely inefficient, ineffective, unprofessional, and disappointed. Management, if you are reading this review, please train your staff to monitor online orders more thoroughly and maintain cake quality even during rush process. Staff, if you are reading this, please take ownership of your work. You might not be compensated properly, but your work matters, and this job will impact your future career, one way or the other. My fellow sweet lovers, if you are reading this, please be mindful of your online orders. If you can order online at the Kingwood location, do so as I have had good experience and consistent quality product from there.

Apparently they don't carry shopping bags anymore. I had to carry a cake in my hands. Very inconsiderate any inconvenient from customer service point of view

I went for a cake pie not what I expected but the manager Elizabeth! Very attentive and kind, she solved it for me! Excellent service, I recommend it and very delicious.

passive aggressiveness from the closing worker tonight. Long silent pauses on the drive-through speaker because she act like she didn’t hear what I was saying. Deep sighing in the headset like she had something better to do. just stay home if you don’t want to do the job you applied for

Not able to accommodate a pineapple allergy was told the only thing I could do was buy a pint of ice cream . When I wanted a cone w toppings When I asked her name she then said with an attitude if I want to wait 40 minutes I could wait for a new one she was only willing & able to get a new scoop & they would take it from a side that had been used less is what I was told is what they usually do . Normally that would have been fine except both ice creams I wanted were right next to pineapple items . She then let me know that the other side didn’t have pineapple but yes it did as the rainbow sherbet has it but they had no idea .Problem solving is key ladies there was a way to make things better instead of having customers leave angry .Do Better Baskin Robbin’s some people’s lives depend on it !!!

I live 3 minutes away from the summerwood location. I will have to say I will drive 15 more minutes because I know Elizabeth is going to be there morning,and she always gets me right!!! Excellent customer service hands down!!!
