Terrible experience. Both drive thru orders were wrong. They missed strawberry topping one one and carmel on the other. We won't be back. Marble Slab is a little further, but has better trained, caring staff. I hope Baskin gets their stuff together. Many companies go out of business as their customer base goes to their competition.

Our typical night visits for icecream have been great, however, today I came for an icecream cake at 11am. The store supposed to open at 10am. The door was locked. An employee that looked like she was busy cleanning, unlocks the door and I explained that I wanted to purchase a cake from the premade ones in the fridge. She said, she couldnt sell it because she needed to work on putting the dipping icecreams out, and to come back later. She locked the door. Dont know if managers are aware or short on staff. But she could just have sell the already made cake instead she refuse a sell.
