Food was way late for one person (other 2c were some eating) Chicken wings were puny. Bar couldn't make an old fashioned (just a glasd of bourbon with an orange peel) I don't live in the area, so maybe it was a bad night, but it was my first Big City Wings trip ever and I can't see myself returning to any of them for any reason.

Had Andrew as our waiter and he gave crappy service! all because he was tired, that isn’t an excuse to give bad service. he never came to check in or nothing, we would have to call him over while he was just leaning against a counter and talking. The food gave me a slight allergic reaction too

My son and I went to eat here Sunday evening. I ordered the SW Avocado Salad. When the bartender brought it out…there was a small roach in it. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was so disgusted I just got up and left. Before we left, I offered to pay for the two drinks my son and I had sipped on but the bartender said no. I wish the manager would have come and talked to us but they never did. I will never ever go back to this place again!!!!!

I just had the worse experience with my order. 2 for 1 bone in wings were definitely reheated wings. The meat was so hard it wouldn’t come off the bone. I don’t understand why people don’t take pride in their work, or why management supports sending food out of their kitchen like that. I will pay more attention on my carry outs in the future if I decide to give them another opportunity.

First time here. Surprised me. Didn't expect the wing experience to be better than those common places I eat at regularly. But you can't pass up a two for one deal on Tuesday's. Regular days are five wings are for 10.00. On Tuesday, today, I ordered ten wings for 5.00 dollars. Feels like an all you can eat special, after that deal, with good drinks and added extra bites, you can't say you wasn't feed. Comfy atmosphere and not loud, atleast on Tuesday's. Will recommended here a place for wings on Tuesday's. For the taste buds, my evaluation on the wings...Dry rub bone-in wings are most tenderous when dry. And Wet sauces on wings are more tenderous boneless. I've tried both ways and I'll go that same route again. Birria eggrolls wasn't seasoned as other spots I've tried, taste plain to me. But fried mushroom order is a winner if you're a mushroom lover, big and fried soft and tender. Giving this place a 3 stars for now. I want to try their fried Mac n Cheese and the other appetizers to see if it's an all in one wing bar for me.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. This was the worst experience we have ever had dining at this restaurant. 3 of us walked in this evening at 9:30. We sat there for about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. A lady walked past and said she was not our waitress but she would be right with us because everyone else was arguing on who was going to take our table. When we looked at the drink station towards the back of the restaurant, everyone was visibly arguing on who was going to take care of us. We ordered our drinks and dinner all at once. Again, another 30 minutes go by and we never see our waitress. Another waiter comes by and asks what we would like to drink and if we were ready to order. We stated that we already placed our order over 30 minutes prior. He runs to the back and said that our original waitress was “cut” and did not place our order. Long story short, we sat at this restaurant for 45 minutes, never got a drink and never had our order that we placed put into the system. It was very evident tonight that no one wanted to be there or work… Do not waste your time!
