We were really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. We waited over 30 minutes for our food while watching multiple tables who arrived after us get served first. When we finally asked for an update, we were told it would be another 10–15 minutes. I completely understand that kitchens can get backed up, but a simple heads-up from the start would’ve gone a long way.
To be fair, our server was friendly and polite, but it just didn’t make up for the lack of communication or the long wait. For how many other options are out there, this experience just wasn’t worth it.

This was my first time visiting, and I feel compelled to share my concern regarding the behavior I witnessed. While I intended to simply place my order and mind my business, I overheard what appeared to be a manager—whose name I was told is Rich—speaking to a staff member in an incredibly unprofessional and confrontational manner. He raised his voice over an issue that had already been resolved with a customer, creating an uncomfortable scene for both staff and guests.
As a manager myself at a high-volume restaurant in Orlando, Florida, it honestly made me sick to see someone in a leadership position treat their team with such disrespect. No employee deserves to be spoken to like that—especially not in front of customers. Leadership should be about setting the tone, not tearing others down.

Ok i have to update my review. I had a bad experience here once. However that should not spoil all the great experiences. The managers Rich and my favorite Shantell are awesome. And the VP of Operations Sam Elsaadi has addressed my concerns as a true manager who actually cares should. This is me and my wife's go to place Saturday mornings. We love the people, food, atmosphere, and drinks. The Bloody Mary is awesome by the way. If you are looking for a great wing experience this is the place! Love you Big City Wings!

I had a great time at Big City Wings! The food was solid—crispy wings with a good variety of sauces, and the atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming. What really stood out, though, was the bartender. Super friendly, attentive, and made excellent drink recommendations. It’s always a plus when the person behind the bar makes you feel welcome. I’ll definitely be back!
