Great place to relax and enjoy a nice meal for lunch or after work. The only reason I gave a 3 star on the atmosphere it was early in the day while everyone was still working. But im sure it's greater later.
This was my first time dining with my friends at Big City Wings. I love this place! We had wings, potato skins, fried cheese, street taco fries and everyone's food was great. The vibe of this place is just what I like, but the real star of the show was our server, HARPER! He provided us with outstanding service but also engaged in our banter. He also explained one menu item in greater detail for my bestie that was an important deciding factor. We LOVE him so make sure y'all take good care of him when you go. 10/10, will be back.

Had the opportunity to dine there a few months ago. Service was outstanding and we had the pleasure of meeting manager Lisa. Stopped in tonight for dinner and she remembered us and greeted us like Family. Great place, Good Food and Great service.
Great food, staff and slatmosphere. Went for lunch and had the Swiss cheese burger with bacon. Very good at a reasonable price.

Went for my daughter’s birthday tonight. We ordered our food. When we received our food, we were missing 2 kids meals. Seemed like the waiter forgot to put the orders in. We were almost done eating so we asked her to cancel and she shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes, sighed and walked away. We told the manager of the attitude that was given and he didn’t even seem to care. He literally said “ok I understand”. When The waiter continued to make comments to the other waiters and even made faces at our children. Laughed and kept standing with her arms crossed mugging us down., the manager continued to do nothing. Horrible service!

First time here and ordered wings and tater tots. Wings came out with hardly any sauce plus tots were really salty. maybe it was a bad day here but on a Friday thought it would be good.
