This place is over priced and the quality of good is awful. They had 2 grills yet my food was made out of some basket of poor ingredients never cooked anything fresh and was charged 20 bucks. Please don't waste your time or money not sure if it was even real fajitas meat. Very disappointed deerbrook mall should shut them down ASAP.

The food was good, but a worker spooned food from a plate onto a taco without using gloves. Another worker wearing gloves made another taco, and both were put into a to go box right next to the grill. Then the first worker ate a fry out of this box, so it must have been her personal lunch. But food service laws are that you don't eat near food prep. Then she touched her hair and then grabbed a stack of order buzzers, stepped over, and took our order. I know that those who handle the ordering and money don't have to follow the same as those cooking, but having her personal plate near the range and her nibbling between orders without washing her hands while in sight of customers didn't give a professional presentation.

Don't buy tacos in this place, the birrias beef tacos are nasty ?, the birrias beef tacos are the worst in the world, the consommé is disgusting red, that food hurt my stomach, I would never buy there, and expensive and bad food

This place is ridiculous they fired my wife just because the manager they had hired her and they only accept their own people their very discriminating people there if you go there be forewarned

I paid 20 dollars for 3 tiny tacos and a small cup of flavorless consomme. I ordered a quesadilla and received the tacos instead, when trying to explain that to the workers I was just ignored. I will not be spending my money here again. I recommend nobody here.

Not too bad. I ordered the shrimp quesadilla but wish they had more vegetarian options such as mushrooms and onions. The quesadilla tasted average but the price is ridiculous. Smh.

Front cashiers need to be trained on why they are not to be in the back next to cooking work stations. I had a long hair in my torta, and when I returned it I noticed one lady in the back standing next to another who was clicking lettuce. I made the indication that she need to have a hair cover. She came up to the counter asking what was my observation and when I told her she responded in a snotty way she was not slicing. Before leaving I asked her is she knew what was the minimum distance she could be from a work station. Her response stating they had not be trained on this matter.I want to make an observation to Bigotes cooperate office, this is a very close working area, for which is is recommended that all employees have hair covers. This lady apparently may have been the manager or lead as her attitude and demeanor appeared as such.
