Black Rock Coffee Bar

I've came twice so far with my mother through the drive through and we are always greeted kindly. If you have questions about the coffee, they will take their time to answer. I also like that the sizes are much bigger than starbucks! The people who complain about prices are not noticing the difference 🙄 A medium coffee here almost looks like a venti at Starbucks and same price. The taste is great!

Great service always, very clean

Fan of black rock but this location is very poorly run. Sat in the drive-thru line at the order menu for 5 minutes before being told to just pull up to the window. I sat in line for another 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me and when I attempted to make my order I'm told they can't make hot drinks because they didn't have lids for hot drinks. WHAT?! How does a COFFEE place not have LIDS for their drinks. I sat in line 25 mins for absolutely nothing! Will not be returning to this location.

I was in the drive through line from 7:22AM-7:45AM. When I finally got to order at the speaker I was told they weren’t serving hot drinks and everyone had to order at the next window which was why the line was so long. The coffee is mediocre and your order never tastes the same. The staff are young and unprofessional.

The atmosphere is nice but the music was LOUD. The coffee was good and the flavors they have to add were awesome! Yes they’re more expensive than my regular McCafe with espresso but it’s a good treat for once in a while. The chocolate muffin was good. I wouldn’t order any of the other ‘food’ items after seeing how they look in the display especially for that price. All in all it’s okay for once in a while.

This was my first time going and I DEFINITELY be going again. Hubby had coffee and I had White Mocha, both hot (you have the option to have them cold) and breakfast burritos. EVERYTHING from start to finish was AMAZING. We ordered and even though they were EXTREMELY busy we did not have to wait long. Everything was HOT and FRESH!!! WILL BE GOIN AGAIN!!

Great service and a variety yummy drinks

Tried it Today for the first time. Loved the decor. Drinks were delicious and service was excellent. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Not the friendliest compared to Starbucks, no hello or anything …I got the Mexican mocha coffee…the guy who rung me up Sunday Morning was pretty good with explaining the different coffees. Coffee was okay , not bad.

Pros: plenty of seating, comfy couches for relaxing, small and large tables, great service
Cons: seasonal menu is only on the middle screen which constantly changes

Very glad that Humble finally has a good coffee shop. They have covered outdoor seating, a variety of indoor seating--whether you want a comfy chair to relax in, a one person table to work at, or a larger table to accommodate a large group, though, there's only one of those. The drinks are pleasant and the pastries are edible but meh.

My only complaint is that inside they only have the seasonal menu displayed on the middle TV, which flips through the menu too fast to actually read. Maybe just keep the middle TV on the seasonal menu, since there's a paper menu with everything else on it in front of the register.

Different flavors when compared to starbucks so its really up to the person on what they prefer. Black rock has a much bigger specialty menu however. They have an huge variety that will sate your cravings.
