Very poor customer service, I talked to two 3 different waiters at the bar I got the run around. This is the second timed I’ve been here with the same poor customer serviceThank you for reaching out but these associates were definitely not trainees these are the same workers that were there when came there couple months ago and still got the same poor customer service, the bar tenders give off an attitude when your not “regular customer or if your purchasing food at the bar. You need to teach your staff they should treat everyone with respect because you never know whose walking through the door

Atmosphere was cool.... Entertainment was greaaaat.. .from the Dj to the live performances... Food was amazing... Drinks were on point. Great place for grown folks to enjoy themselves. Seafood baked potato was sent from Jesus himself. Will definitely be returning.

The atmosphere of the club was nice until we waited almost a hour for our drinks to come. The owner of the club by the name of Mr. Rick approached our table and my friend complained to him about the wait time. Mr.Rick stated he would go get the drinks. After asking us twice what we were drinking, Mr. Rick came back a third time grabbed my arm and stated aye what were you drinking again! I had a confused look on my face and stated lemonade and Hennessy! At this point the conversation went left due to I corrected Mr. Rick on saying “WE AINT GOT NO LEMONADE”. As being a business owner as well of AMG TAX SERVICE LOCATED At 23816 Aldine Westfield rd. Exactly one block up from MR. Rick I would never talk nor approach a customer the way he did. No matter if the customer is wrong the owner is suppose assure and acknowledge the customer concerns making them comfortable enough to want to return back to his place of business. After all of this occurred the waitress brings us the same drinks that Mr. Rick disrespected me and approached me rudely about. The staff member stated she didn’t know why he said there was no lemonade. Of course a second altercation occurred and I politely disrespected Mr. Rick back for the tone in his voice when approaching me, and for the way he handle the whole situation.I have live in this area for 5 years and I will not be attending this establishment ever again nor will I refer it!

Maybe we went on the wrong night or something. It’s really difficult to find a live band venue on the north side. My friend told me about this spot so we decided to check it out. Remember my date and I were interested in a live band. That’s what I thought we were going to. So instead it happened to be Apollo Night. Absolutely terrible. The host talked more than the performers sang. I called a couple of times before hand just to know what time the singing would start. The individual who answered the phone told me about 8:30. Well we got there at 8 and the music, well I should say Apollo Night, started at 9:45. At this point we were just done. The food was descent. The drinks were not that great. I drink Hennessy and of course our waiter took the our drink order just to walk to the bar and come back to tell us no Hennessy. Hmmm. Ok. Then we ordered Jack and coke. She took the order again and walk to the bar just to come back and tell us they didn’t have coke. We just laughed it off. They brought my food out first and we asked how long will it take for my dates food to arrive. They said 15 minutes. By the time her food came out, I was done with my food. Not sure why my bill was $150. We ordered a hookah, two meals, 4 jack and 2 beers. Please someone explain that to me. And please note, the tip is included with your ticket. And then have the nerves to include an optional tipping percentage within the ticket. Just overall a terrible night. I tried.
