Food was good service was a little slow cocktails were good. I would return when in the area. They only serve brunch/lunch menu until 1pm in the weekends the main menu does not start until 2pm and they won't serve you anything off of it u til that time not even appetizers.

I live in the area and last night was our second visit. The first visit November 2024 was awesome, but last night was absolutely awful which is why I am leaving a bad review. Some background information: there was an event going on last night that started at 5pm, and I had reserved for 6:45 pm for 4 people. We waited for 15 minutes for them to clean a table off for us which was no big deal. Once we got seated at about 7:00 pm, we were not given menus or silverware. We sat there for about 30 minutes with nobody coming by to offer a menu or water, no waiter came by to introduce themselves or anything. We were patient thinking that they are behind, and it’s ok they will get to us. Yet, there was not even a mention of apologies that they were running behind. I am a very patient person and just ask for transparency, but all the wait staff just completely ignored our table and it was like we were not even there while they ran to other tables multiple times. At about 7:45 pm, finally someone was cleaning off two tables next to us and mentioned that they were behind, but still no menus, no water or anything. They sat the two tables next to us that they had cleaned 45 minutes after we arrived with menus and silverware, and they even gave one of the tables alcoholic drinks so they had obviously already taken their drink order. Yet, we were still there with no menus or even water, and they just continued to ignore our table which was right next to these two tables that they were being attentive to. By 8:00 pm, we walked out because it was just completely shameful. We are very level headed people and did not make a scene, just quietly left. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I live in the area and had hyped it up to friends and wanted to have them experience the neighborhood restaurant, but it was just a very bad experience and I would not recommend anyone going on an event night even WITH a reservation.

Today's visit was absolutely horrible !!
I sat and waited over two hours and still have not received my food. They served every one who came in after me. I had reservations at 5:15pm. At 7:28 pm I walked away. I was thinking it was because of the Caribbean event but no. This place is trash. They barely served me water. My daughter was starving and they did not give us any food. The entire visit was garbage. This neighborhood sucks.

It was my husband's birthday which they acknowledged with a card and delicious beignets. The food was delicious and served by a personable and efficient staff. Thank you Barbara and the rest of the team for making my husband's special day fun and memorable. ⭐️👏🏾💕

Was really disappointed after trying this place. Service was soooo slow with only 2 tables occupied. Food was good. Atmosphere was awkward more of a hotel restaurant vibe. They also charged 15% gratuities for 3 people!

This is where we had our Women's Thanksgiving Dinner from Summer Creek Baptist Church. A beautiful setting! Loved ❤️ it! The amount of pictures tells you how much so!!!

I got there a little early and waited until more of our party got there. It has an ambience that makes you feel welcomed.
Our seating had a beautiful view of "the Lagoon". There are side rooms, bar area.
Covered and open areas on patio for outside dining. As it got darker and the lights came on, it just made it that much more intriguing.
Our server, Mystery, was friendly and professional.
We shared the following appetizers on small plates: Boudin Egg Rolls, Truffle Parmesian Fries and Quesadillas with Shrimp! Just enough to kick off the evening - along with animated conversations! All of the food prepared was excellent and new tastes introduced to my taste buds!!! 😋 My main dish was the Caprese Chicken Pasta, chicken tender and moist. Pasta al dente!!! Loved it! Sorry, got so caught up in the surrounding conversations and the food, that I didn't think about pictures then. Just wanted to enjoy it all!
Definitely a place for groups and social events. Make sure to call and make reservations!😊

My fiancé and I both ordered the creole red fish and it was amazing!! On the side we had broccoli which was perfectly cooked and seasoned, as well as a side of fries. Truffle fries could have been a bit crispier, but was still good. A private party was going on right outside on the patio area which contributed to the moderate noise level, but overall not too bad.

We finally decided to come and give it a try on wine down Wednesday. Live music was good manager and waitress were great. Food also was very tasty. Only reason why I am giving it a 4 is due to the wait. It took a while to get our appetizers then our main courses. I didn't get a picture... but you just try the boudain egg rolls!!

Food was phenomenal. Atmosphere was exceptional and service was magnificent. A memorable experience I will definitely do again. Loved the live jazz. Highly recommended it us worth the travel

Came on a Sunday evening with friends for a jazz night (Harmonic Reflection was playing).
Place was hopping and wait staff was a bit overwhelmed. They never lost their cool, though. Victoria was our server and was such a sweetheart. She took excellent care of us. The food was hot and tasty - the drinks were good and not overpriced. I had the Come and Get It burger. Yummy!
Enjoyed the music very much - lots of jazz standards. Will definitely return.
Highly suggest making a reservation on nights with live music.
