Worst experience i ever had! When I showed up (4 hours before they closed) they were already mopping the bar floor with a foul smell. For the one reading this and don't understand what I'm talking about, try eating with a scented candle in front of your face but this scented candle smells like old mop. The bartender was more focused on what music to play than serving my meal.

Ordered take out online for 730 pick up. Got there at 725 and it wasnt ready yet. Restaurant maybe had 4 or 5 tables so not busy. Hostess lacked customer service. Got home to eat and ever wing was COLD, COLD & dry and like Jerky. I think Jerky was softer. And I only live LESS than 1/2 mile, so wasn't far home. These were absolutely HORRIBLE, but didn't want to get back out to go back and wait even longer.

Moved to the area not too long ago. This was my second visit and will be my last to this restaurant. Just as before, no one works take out and the one person working acted as if she was too busy assisting customers…. when there was only two people there in the restaurant. Nothing special about the wings no matter which ones you order, fries are sub par. From what the only server told me, they don’t provide utensils for takeout order, only for in-house diners. This place has seen better days, poor food and service.

Food wonderful!!! Service can be slow during peak hours and the weekend but it's SO worth it, my go to for wings. I don't care for all the games that are always on but again that's kinda buffalo wild wings thing.

Ordered by boneless wings original buffalo nothing special and when I picked up my food I noticed they gave me Asian zing instead of buffalo. I politely told the staff about it and gave me another wings but little did I know the wings they “replaced” were the same Asian zing wings thrown in Buffalo sauce….very disappointed. Spent $40 here for me and my brothers just for them to not just fix my wings the correct way!

This company never ceases to amaze me with extremely poor service and how do you stay in business. The Pasadena and Atascocita restaurants have some of the most disrespectful servers I have ever seen. We sat at our table at the Atascocita restaurant 8-5-25 about 5:00 pm for several minutes watching waitress after waitress walk by with absolutely no acknowledgment what so ever. There were four employees standing at the host desk have a good ole time,, one of them looked like a manager. On our side of the restaurant there was a whopping 4 tables with customers, so they were not busy. I said before I would never go back to Bdubs again, but new town new restaurant. That would be a big NO! Same crappie service. Is this how you train your employees? Sorry for the grammar, I was eating wings at Big City wings while I was writing this. Big City wing servers were polite and we had drinks within minutes.

I had come one here and given a 5* review because of how helpful the staff was my first few visits, until I came in contact with a manager who wouldn’t allow modifications to the wings because the app won’t work it properly. Out of 3 visits this fourth one is enough to make me stick with BreWingz … he refused to help me, refused to return my money, then left me on hold for 20 minutes

Absolutely Horrible service, The staff was completely inattentive. Rude, dismissive, no smile, Horrible staff! Will proceed to report the girl who attended us to HR and BWW HeadQuarters, because her attitude was terrible and how can someone treat a customer a terrible service, when all we asked if she could give the table a little clean! Every time we asked for a refill or something quick, her response was so disrespectful and dismissive. Unfortunately, those type of staff are what affect the atmosphere of the restaurants.

I have tried this location twice now and both times we had to send the food back because it was cold. Nachos had little to no cheese and toppings, an wings looked as if they had been sitting out prior to placing my order. Not very busy, but service was slow. Will not be back to this location.
