Called to talk with a manager last night and the guy told me he would get the manager. It wasn't to complain just to talk to manager and he got rude with me and hung up in my face. Terrible customer service

We literally just left. This is the worst service, worst food and the manager said she pretty much had no recollection of the food orders in the Kitchen. We will never return to this location. We gave this location 3 chances and all 3 times they have literally got worse.
We use to be a regular not anymore.

They got rid of the Josh Cabernet/Merlot. I realize this isn’t a wine destination but it was good to have that as a selection. The canned wine, which they have now, (is awful and makes you gag) needs to go. My message to management is to bring back the bottled wine ASAP.

We had to wait a bit to be seating just bc there was no one in the front. I think it was a low staff day bc only the same 2 girls were taking orders all around the restaurant and also seating people down. It was clean in our area of table. The corona we order was very hot it was pretty chilly out side waiter said it just depends on Bartender on their temperatures on glass bottle beers but still don’t matter the weather outside a beer should always be ready And very cold served. The waiter did offer a cold glass but what’s the point if order a glass bottle not draft. So there for i only got 1 beer if it was served nice and cold I would’ve order a few more. The food was good hot and nice. The Tv volume was way too loud.

My wife and I went there around 5pm. The place was not crowded in the least. We waited a good 6 minutes before we were seated. We were seated and given menus. No one came to greet us and take our orders. After about another 6 minutes, I set a timer for 3 minutes and told my wife if no one comes over, we are leaving. After about a minute, a family is seated and waited on immediately, complete with drinks. We got up and spoke to the person that seated us and told him that no one came over to take our orders. I kindly told him that I am taking my business elsewhere. If this business doesn't care about my time, they sure are not getting my money! I will not be going back there and will not recommend my friends to go there either.

Guy was super rude and was rushing us to order. The place was empty yet he was super rude. The closing time on maps said 2 am but it was actually 12. Will not return.

First time that I've been here at this location with such a bad experience. The first 3 beer i tried to order they didn't have, mind you they are listed on the menu and the qr code provided in the table. Tried ordering onion ring with my order and was told they didn't have onion rings. I felt sorry for our waiter Osiel he was great but was taking it on the chin for his company. They did comp me tater tots so I'll give them that even though i had to ask. We watched 2 sets of customers walk out after waiting to be seated as the sign upfront requests, because no one was upfront to seat them. Manager on at the time didn't seem concerned and they were under staffed. Disappointing visit for sure..

Worst experience i ever had! When I showed up (4 hours before they closed) they were already mopping the bar floor with a foul smell. For the one reading this and don't understand what I'm talking about, try eating with a scented candle in front of your face but this scented candle smells like old mop. The bartender was more focused on what music to play than serving my meal.

Ordered take out online for 730 pick up. Got there at 725 and it wasnt ready yet. Restaurant maybe had 4 or 5 tables so not busy. Hostess lacked customer service. Got home to eat and ever wing was COLD, COLD & dry and like Jerky. I think Jerky was softer. And I only live LESS than 1/2 mile, so wasn't far home. These were absolutely HORRIBLE, but didn't want to get back out to go back and wait even longer.
