I got sick here they don’t have crab legs as advertised, no oxtails as advertised, I asked when the crab legs would be out the server say she don’t know & it was no more at the time false advertisement that’s why I went there

When Buffetopia 1st opened it was a pretty good hot apot for those who live in Humble. Unfortunatly they have not been able to maintain the same drive. On November 14 we went to eat dinner, during our meal myself and my sons needed to use the restroom. Upon entering we witnessed human fical matter all over the main entrance and all over the floor. Absolutly gross!!!! I spoke with 2 employees in order to notify them of the issue. One employee simply just nodded and the other continued to have his conversation with another employee. If this establishment cannot maintain clean restrooms, I can only imagine how the kitchen looks...We will NEVER return to this establishment ever again.

The staff was very rude. I will not eat there again. The food was average, nut plemtiful. I do not recommend this restsurant if you want friendly people.

Great visit! There was a waiting list when we arrived. It was very easy and efficient to sign in to kiosk and watch the website provided to know how long. The bathroom has a sign on stalls to show occupied, which was great. Large selection of food with custom hibachi area, sushi,seafood, fruit bar and ice cream. I usually take pictures of my pretty plate, but it was too good to wait.

Updating my review to include photo of my meal. Ordered hot Jasmine tea and created a custom Ramen soup. My son and I also enjoyed the fresh dumpling with chocolate filling found in soup area. We visited during a weekday afternoon. Less crowded asks able to park close to the door.

Most food we tasted was bland …and “off” tasting…like old cabbage. Great atmosphere. Very Clean. Great service. Parking is inadequate for a place that size.

We had such a great time dining at Buffetopia during our family trip to Houston! The food selection was amazing — from fresh sushi and hibachi to so many buffet options and desserts. Everything tasted delicious and was constantly refilled. The place was clean, spacious, and had a very friendly staff who made our visit extra enjoyable. Definitely one of the best buffet experiences we’ve had in Texas we’ll be back soon! 🍣🍤🍰

Sushi bar is amazing 😍 I can go this oalce only for the sushi.
The rest of the food is too salty for my taste, not mentioning all the food is super greasy... But well, you're in an all you can eat... So it doesn't really matter.

My bill was $50 and my food didn’t even last 10 minutes in my belly I was very sick in the restaurant restroom.

I wanted to try this place cause I had plans to take my daughter here. Well change of plans it’s a beautiful place inside but the service was trash. The young lady that is at the front desk where you come in at sat us at a table
Ask what will we like to drink. I ask for water with a lemon in it only to receive water with no lemon her whole demeanor was off anyways taking orders with her jacket on in front her is very tacky she looked as if she didn’t want to be there. All the places I’ll ate this one was horrible everything I ate was nasty and warm temp or cold as if it needed to be in a microwave or needed to be cook and prepare again the right way nothing taste fresh ! We wasn’t even there for a whole 40 mins I had one plate this tall slim I guess Asian man rushed us out the door he immediately gave us our receipt!! I didn’t even get a piece of fruit nor dessert!! When I’ve seen people that were there before us which took the icing off the cake! And I still managed to tip his ride butt! I will never step a foot in there again I left disappointed and hungry
