I recommend you check your receipts. They add that donation to round off your change to the dollar figure. I have multipel receipts that the cashier on drive thru does not ask me about the donation they just add it . The change is not alot. This ain’t about the money. But you don’t have to be shaddy about it. I will be contacting corporate with receipts and also contacting the franchise owner. That is not right.
They usually screw my order up every time I go to this place. Why do I go here repeatedly it is open on my way to work. I think 1 time they got my order right.

Katie is a wonderful cashier, she’s the sweetest most caring cashier I’ve met. She treated me and my family so well 🩷will definitely be coming back to this Burger King location because of her.
I’ve tried three separate times to order and every time they are rebooting their system and say it’ll take 10 minutes… maybe update your systems???
