Kendry is so sweet he Has a good personality he always offers me a Crown when I come to the drive-through my sausage, egg and cheese croissant is always hot. The coffee is always fresh. He make sure I never leave without my strawberry jelly. And he’s always patient with me no matter what

went here on lunch break because every other store nearby was closed from the snow after we get inside and in line the manager comes out to the lobby very angry on a phone call and locks all the doors to the store watched staff walk around in circles picking up a bag and setting down again, not taking any orders from the people locked inside but every drive thru customer being helped immediately 30 minutes after asked for permission to leave the building and got food somewhere else

This place needs better employees every time I come this chubby guy always has a attitude I work at the airport over night so this the only place that’s open but god we need other places to be open if this the type of people they have here let’s not start with the cold food we get smh always getting the wrong stuff

At one point this BK was good. Fast food and no much waiting. Food used to be hot. Now service is extremely slow to the point the Manager was attending me and asked me to pull to the side. Ok I did and she forgot about me completely. Do not and I mean do not come here again unless they change and fire this manager.

I have repeatedly been disappointed by this BK location. Food is usually poor quality. They get my order wrong often. And It may be my luck, but the drive through is always slow, even when they aren’t busy. I will now avoid this location, when it comes to BK.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and received a Jr cheeseburger and when I told the drive thru employee they told me it was a double cheeseburger. The burger is 1/3 the size and has 1 patty. No responsibility taken
