Not sure if the staff has changed or just the attitudes. But the people at the drive thru had good attitudes, EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, offered the cookie, apple pie, and have the BK crown. Without asking. Food was fast and still warm. Thank you for giving my daughter the real Burger King experience! I had it when I was a child. And I still love the taste of flame broiled burgers. Thank you for you service and service like this across the board could bring back my most loved burger brand! Amen!

There is a lady with glasses there that is INCREDIBLY rude and a miserable woman. You walk in you talk to her and she acts like you’re not even there. The sodas fountain IS ALWAYS FLAT and the lady with the glasses always roles her eyes because we always have to ask for them to give us sodas from the fountain they use for drive thru. I been going to this establishment for a while now and idk who hire this entire new crew when they remodel because they ARE ALL TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES food is DISGUSTING. The lady with the glasses and the rest of the crew SHOULD BE FIRED and hire people that actually want to work. They act like they are making them work so if they don’t need the job maybe fire them? Get people that do want to put an effort working. I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH THE HALF BALD LADY WITH THE GLASSES SO RUDE!

Update: tried again a different MONTH and still the same. This time I went inside during lunch, ONE CUSTOMER waiting. All 7 cars in the drive thru were helped before the only 2 customers in the building. I waited 20 MINUTES for a burger! Do better. Whole lunch wasted.

Bro this tastes like straight up soy sauce because the fries are doused in salt and grease.
ordered 3 large hashbrown and took every bit of 10mins, the lady worker had hair all on her arms, emptied the trashbin and took my payment WITHOUT washing her hands!
