12/19: They remodel thus site location. I have only used the drive through service and have had no problems. They are pretty good about accepting my rewards points and a plus that they are open 24 hrs. I recommend the drive through service. Please Like, Share and Follow for more #JaysTrueRatings

I went into this restaurant through the drive-thru on 4th of July 2025 but I place my order through the app but when I got there I asked for certain things that wasn't offered on the app like I would like my chicken fries well done and the veggies on my whopper put them on the side. He said okay. Nothing was done right he closed the window after he handed me to order I sat there open the burger and begin taking the veggies off he stood right there at the window but when it's back turn. I looked at my chicken fries they were not well done as I asked for them and I've always ask for this and every restaurant and they have always done it for me at Burger King. The gentleman never bothered to open the window to say is there a problem because I was still sitting there so I scraped everything off the burger and I went home and put my chicken fries in the air fryer. The work ethic has to get better this is horrible. I don't like going to a lot of restaurants in the evening time I get better service in the mornings. Because it seems like they just turned the younger ones out and don't give him any decent training. This not only at Burger King but other fast food restaurants I have went too. I went to the app for a Burger King to contact me now it will be 2 to 3 days from now concerning this issue which if they would have given you some kind of incentive right there on the app like I've had with Popeyes to do when I've had bad service I wouldn't have to wait for 2 to 3 days for them to get back in touch with me. I wasn't satisfied at all

They forgot most items, I don't wanna sound mean but they were lazy and forgetful. Im sorry but it's true. Food was fine, they were nice but it's like it was their first day on the job.... even tho I've seen them there since like last month... this was my personal experiences, could be different for everyone but yeah oh and dont order online they'll most likely forget your drinks, it wasn't even a big order either. Sucks I have to constantly remind them of items that I was missing.
